"They cleaned 1610 sq feet of carpet. This was 'empty service' meaning that they did not have to move any furniture (we had not moved in the home at the time of service, the home was empty). A 10% discount was given due to the 'empty service'. No Angie discount with coupons or senior discount was given. We had some traffic areas that showed, however, when asked about them they stated nothing could be done about them (they did not try to do anything special for those areas and cleaned them in the same manner as the remaining carpet). We paid $122 to have them scotch guard our lower level (approx. 500 to 600 sq feet). They applied the scotch guard with a tank sprayer (the kind of hand pump sprayer you use on your lawn to kill weeds) and just walked the area. They are the professionals, but I do not think you get an even application by walking with a tank sprayer (could be wrong and there is no way to prove how well the scotch guard was applied). Just a note: you get your carpets cleaned and the cleaners wear their shoes from the street on your carpet. They cannot wear some type of protection on their shoes so that they do not ditty the rugs they are cleaning?. When they scotch guard they are walking on wet clean carpet with their shoes on."

"Productive was recommended to me by a professional HVAC contractor. He said that he had been recommending them for 20 years. He was right to do so, the team from Productive was excellent. I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. When the job was completed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. "Holy smokes. I rarely write reviews but I gotta tell you, Quinton was incredible. We booked him the night before we were moving into our new house through HomeAdvisor. Despite it being very short notice, he contacted us immediately and the booking process was really clear and efficient. He came out the house the next day and charged us just $125 to clean a 1900sq ft house that had just been remodeled. We initially only wanted the floors mopped, but he also cleaned and put gloss on all the hardwood trim and wood paneling and cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms. The place looks amazing, it's like a 5 star hotel. It's literally sparkling. The quality of work and value for money was amazing. We only needed one-time cleaning but I will definitely keep them in mind in the future. Quinton was extremely personable and professional. He communicated the whole time we were back at the old house with the moving truck and kept us informed how things were going. The whole business was very conscientious about Covid precautions, which I appreciate a lot and speaks to the attention to detail they offer. They even left us a mop, broom, a bucket, and cleaning solution to keep. 11/10."
