"Matt, Neil & the team are fantastic! I took over my aunt's home when she moved to senior living. Being 40 minutes away, I couldn't keep up with her lawn. She had used Lawnman for years, so I asked if they would continue until we sold the house. They didn't miss a beat! They responded quickly and knew who my aunt was (even expressing concern that they noticed her declining health but didn't know who to contact about it. How about that? Lawn care with a personal touch!). The team jumped right in with plans to finish out the summer & adjusted the invoicing to me. When I didn't sell the house over the winter as expected, I contacted them this spring - a little late...I forgot until my own lawn was getting crazy. I asked him to provide an estimate w scope of work, but he never provided this. When i followed up w him, he said they were busy & needed a few more days to provide estimate. They never provided an estimate, given the lack of interest I decided not to follow up a 2nd time. Not sure what the issues were, but given my experience I would not recommend them for landscaping services. Bottom line, I was disappointed in lack of interest & no follow up. Ernie Kulik"
