"well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."

"This repair was not easy to diagnose but Shawn who was sent out did not give up found the problem and fixed it. The leak was several years after the roof was installed and the leak was small.
