We ended up needing to have the whole basement redone, and I wanted to make sure it was done right. EverDry came in with a great price and completed the job in less than a week, including both outdoor (waterproofing) and inside work (drainage channels, sump pump, air filtration). We have had only one major issue since this work was performed about 7 years ago which had to do with the sump pump - it took a few visits to isolate the issue, but they were able to replace the part(s) that were causing a problem - a float and a control panel - and all was covered under warranty. I believe they even replaced the battery for me since the other problems had caused the battery to drain more quickly and expire prematurely.
