I had stay dry install a drain in the exact spot I was having my problems and they ran the drain line to the city storm drain and even brought in dirt to raise the low part of my yard up to help try to make it flat so it looks better. The guys that work for this company really do work extremely hard. They didnâ t stop all day and was able to complete the project in just one day. If your having problems at least give them a call its worth it."

"We had a serious water problem in our finished basement caused by the previous owner ignoring and covering things up prior to sale. We ended up needing to have the whole basement redone, and I wanted to make sure it was done right. EverDry came in with a great price and completed the job in less than a week, including both outdoor (waterproofing) and inside work (drainage channels, sump pump, air filtration). Everyone was very professional and made sure they explained what was being done and what we could expect. We have had only one major issue since this work was performed about 7 years ago which had to do with the sump pump - it took a few visits to isolate the issue, but they were able to replace the part(s) that were causing a problem - a float and a control panel - and all was covered under warranty. I believe they even replaced the battery for me since the other problems had caused the battery to drain more quickly and expire prematurely. I love the fact that they have a renewable warranty ($75 per year) and all work is covered. Everyone is always super helpful and friendly whenever I've needed to call with any questions."

"Chris & CJ from Stay Dry repaired a leak in our exterior gutter drain system that was originally installed by Stay Dry in 2021. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."

"J & D TOOK A BASEMENT WITH SIGNIFICANT WATER LEAKS AND AN UNSTABLE WALL THAT HAD BEEN EXACERBATED BY A PREVIOUS WATERPROOFING CONTRACTOR AND FIXED EVERYTHING IN LESS THAN TWO DAYS. J & D WAS FAR LESS EXPENSIVE AND EVEN REPLACED THE BEAMS INSTALLED BY THE PREVIOUS CONTRACTOR. THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT WE'VE TALKED TO JUST ABOUT EVERY WATERPROOFING CONTRACTOR OUT THERE AND WOULD PUT THEM AT THE TOP OF THE LIST. THEIR WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM."
