Get matched with top patio pros in Fairborn, OH

"They made my ugly duckling yard into a beautiful swan. They worked hard getting out rocks and dead plants. They came up with a beautiful arrangement of perennials. They did everything with excellence. They put concrete under the border wall. They broke up an old concrete patio and repoured it correctly with good stones and rebar. It all looks so beautiful and was done with integrity. They were very polite."

"We got a 350 paver patio, firepit and seat wall in our back yard. We also had Chris and team fill in an empty area with weed barrier and creek jack (stone). We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). If you want a paver patio, walkway, retaining walls, etc.. done right the first time, call Yanton's, they will do it right. We couldn't be more pleased with the patio."

"I contacted Deck and Fence Renewal Systems about adding a deck over our rear concrete patio. Bob Perkins, Construction Mgr., visited our home and made many helpful suggestions to help us decide how to best design a deck for our designated yard space. His knowledge of decks and his pleasant demeanor coupled with no high pressure convince us that this is the company we wanted to build our deck. In addition, the many positive reviews across several websites was another factor in our decision. Our deck was completed on schedule and was truly magnificent. We were overly impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail of the talented installer. The finished deck definitely exceeded our expectations. We were glad we chose Deck and Fence Renewal because they are specialists in what they do. Where other general contractors may do a couple of decks a year, D&F does this for a living. We would give them our highest recommendation."

"They repaired some steps on my front porch that got loose. Very knowledgeable and professional. They came by on Tuesday, gave me a quote and came back on Saturday to fix the steps. Would recommend!"

"The floor in my home was damaged by a water leak. Jon and his associate replaced the floor. The floor is very solid now and I am very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Fox Renovations and will call them again for future work."

"

The installation and ordering process was great.  They gave me some "sample photos" where I could choose the best color and design.  We LOVE these awnings.  However, I should have ordered the wind sensors at the time of installation.  They have been up for 2 years and over the time of Spring of 2014 and as of last week, I have contacted them 3 separate times.  I called once, I went there two times on a Saturday to order the wind sensors. They seem unable to do this on a Saturday.  Last week, I specifically told the salesman that I had asked two separate times for someone to call me to get these installed.  1 week goes by and NO CALL.   I have them out now, and I can only put them open so far because of the mild wind and I want the wind sensor as a safety feature.

I don't really even remember what I paid for the awnings exactly, because the issue was not with the price or the installation.

I am not sure what is so tough about service and follow up but so far, after three attempts to get some help with this, I got no help. It really overshadows the wonderful service and work prior to that.

I had even offered to be on their website because of how nice they look but at some point, I can't take time off of work for this minor issue in my life.  I am pretty disgusted with businesses that say they are "open on Saturday" but they are not, and with sales that operates better than service!

"I had 2 patios and sidewalk replaced with stamped concrete on the patios. Hastings and Sons was a good company to work with and their work was great and at a fair price. I would recommend this company."

"Needed an additional section of our basement finished. By far one of the best contractors we have worked with on a project. From the time we had the first call to the time the job was finished these guys were on point. Rob was great to work with, very responsive and delivered exactly what we agreed upon. Quality of work was excellent. Would definitely hire again."

"Inspite of weather interruptions, J-Kyne,LLC stayed in constant communication to complete our concrete patio. They did quality work and we are very pleased. Thank you Kyle !"

"We cannot say enough about the amazing staff at Advanced Backyard Solutions. After speaking with several pool contractors, all of whom either did not win our trust or they simply never got back to us, we found this incredible team. Throughout our journey towards pool ownership, we encountered many people, several bids from local pool contractors, and many disappointments. We soon came to learn that Advanced Backyard Solutions is a family-run business, and that is the essence of how they treated us from start to finish and beyond, like family. Our job was extremely difficult, a pool on a steep incline that would require terracing. Frankly, we're not sure ours was their favorite job because of the extreme challenges of the hillside terrain, the same conditions that drove other contractors away, but every one of the crew associated with Advanced Backyard Solutions should be commended for outstanding work and detailed professionalism. From the initial design and visual/conceptual renderings, to ground-breaking, construction of the retaining walls, pool delivery, concrete work, electrical work, plumbing, the retractable safety cover, and everything in-between, Advanced Backyard Solutions delivered! They even attended a tricky permitting hearing to ensure our county zoning board had all of the facts to approve our build. The result has been nothing short of stunning, picturesque, and worthy of an award. In your quest to find the best fit for your pool, retaining wall, and/or patio project, you absolutely owe it to yourself to contact the Advanced Backyard Solutions family. Ask for Jacque (pronounced "Jackie") and tell her Steve and Andrea sent you!"
