"We got a 350 paver patio, firepit and seat wall in our back yard. We also had Chris and team fill in an empty area with weed barrier and creek jack (stone). We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). If you want a paver patio, walkway, retaining walls, etc.. done right the first time, call Yanton's, they will do it right. We couldn't be more pleased with the patio."

"Since we wanted the fencing replaced midwinter to minimize flower garden damage, they did the work while we were out of town for several weeks on vacation and sent us pictures of the completed job. The picture showed the gate was hung on the wrong side and they immediately returned and corrected that, sending new pictures afterward. Had we been on site during the project we could have easily straightened out the issue while it was happening. When we returned to town we found another problem that didn't show up in the pictures, and they came back again and corrected everything to our satisfaction. We were extremely happy with their customer service - you don't know how good it will be until there is an issue on the job, and these folks were great to deal with on making things right."

"The installation and ordering process was great. They gave me some "sample photos" where I could choose the best color and design. We LOVE these awnings. However, I should have ordered the wind sensors at the time of installation. They have been up for 2 years and over the time of Spring of 2014 and as of last week, I have contacted them 3 separate times. I called once, I went there two times on a Saturday to order the wind sensors. They seem unable to do this on a Saturday. Last week, I specifically told the salesman that I had asked two separate times for someone to call me to get these installed. 1 week goes by and NO CALL. I have them out now, and I can only put them open so far because of the mild wind and I want the wind sensor as a safety feature.
I don't really even remember what I paid for the awnings exactly, because the issue was not with the price or the installation.
I am not sure what is so tough about service and follow up but so far, after three attempts to get some help with this, I got no help. It really overshadows the wonderful service and work prior to that.
I had even offered to be on their website because of how nice they look but at some point, I can't take time off of work for this minor issue in my life. I am pretty disgusted with businesses that say they are "open on Saturday" but they are not, and with sales that operates better than service!

"Rob has done a great job renovating my kitchen and bathroom at my condo. When problems were found with the concrete slab foundation, Rob leveled the slab so that new flooring could be installed. He also reconfigured the landing and stairs at the front entry, making the area more functional and appealing. Rob is an honest businessman and he thoroughly explains each phase of a project. Rob does excellent work and I highly recommend him and Be Blessed Remodeling."

"We cannot say enough about the amazing staff at Advanced Backyard Solutions. After speaking with several pool contractors, all of whom either did not win our trust or they simply never got back to us, we found this incredible team. Throughout our journey towards pool ownership, we encountered many people, several bids from local pool contractors, and many disappointments. We soon came to learn that Advanced Backyard Solutions is a family-run business, and that is the essence of how they treated us from start to finish and beyond, like family. Our job was extremely difficult, a pool on a steep incline that would require terracing. Frankly, we're not sure ours was their favorite job because of the extreme challenges of the hillside terrain, the same conditions that drove other contractors away, but every one of the crew associated with Advanced Backyard Solutions should be commended for outstanding work and detailed professionalism. "We had a composite deck done on our house and we cannot be more happy with it. Ron was great through the entire process. We had materials that were not in but he still completed all the jobs so we could experience the deck prior to the railings coming in. His crew was proficient, clean, and professional. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other companies. Would highly recommend!"
