"We got a 350 paver patio, firepit and seat wall in our back yard. We also had Chris and team fill in an empty area with weed barrier and creek jack (stone). We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). If you want a paver patio, walkway, retaining walls, etc.. done right the first time, call Yanton's, they will do it right. We couldn't be more pleased with the patio."

Bob Perkins, Construction Mgr., visited our home and made many helpful suggestions to help us decide how to best design a deck for our designated yard space. "This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their sales rep worked with us to design a solution that met our needs and our budget. As we progressed I had several detailed questions and concerns and they addressed all of them quickly. We elected to use flexible scheduling to give them the time they needed to do an excellent job. They handled all of the permits and inspections, the entire project went very smoothly. They demoed and removed our old patio and cover, prepared the site, poured a new slab with footer, installed a new cover that was a vast improvement over the original, and restored the site before closing out the project. Our new patio and cover is much brighter and cleaner than the original, and with its modern construction materials and design it is much cooler despite being in the full summer sun. Five stars!"

"From the moment I contacted Ed I felt as if it would be a good outcome, and I wasn t disappointed. We walked all around the house foundation-repair project and discussed possible fixes. I asked to see pictures of previous jobs, he presented the proposal, I mulled it over, and I received responses to my questions. I made the required deposit, he provided reasonable start and finish dates and kept me updated on the schedule. He rebuilt about 90% of my 100 year-old house foundation/retaining wall, and painted it along with the porch, stairs, window frames, threshold, etc. He placed vinyl railings and covered three columns. Did I mentioned that my house looks amazing? When COVID-19 hit, he kept me abreast of supply deadlines and consulted with me regarding material and proposal changes. He and his team put in a full days work each day unless the weather didn t cooperate. They cleaned up daily and left it looking better than when they started. I plan to hire him in the future for another project or two."
