"We bought a patio cover in 2018 from Giant Factory Direct and were very satisfied with the quality and appearance of the product. But it was destroyed when a nearby tree was uprooted in a storm and fell across the patio. Chris worked with us to have the old cover hauled away and replaced with a new one. We expect to be able to enjoy this patio cover for many years to come!"

"Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.

"Tom did a great job installing a replacement microwave and trim kit into a custom built cabinet, replacing a really old bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 8 electrical outlet boxes from 2 prong to 3 prong outlets. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked efficiently!! It was nice to have it all taken care of in a day."

"Starting with Dave Buschur and everyone involved in this project, they were very easy and professional to work with!! Buschurs removed an old screened-in patio and replaced it with a beautiful new three Season room. This required them to demolish the old room and remove the old concrete and replace it with new concrete. We also had additional concrete work done with the addition of a nice patio. Jake and the crew that installed the room were very professional and answered every question that we had. I'm a retired engineer and can tell you that this room was very well-engineered and the installation was spot on. Within the last couple of weeks we had carpet installed and the electrical installation was completed this week and was done to our specifications!! I would highly recommend this company for any Home Improvement project that you may have in your future!!"

"I would highly recommend this company. We called for an estimate and Bill came out the same day and gave us our estimate, we signed the contract and work was started within 6 days. Greg, the installer of our patio cover, was excellent, you could tell he had been doing this for awhile. He had to make many cuts and he was a wizard with his saw! Work was completed promptly in 2 days. Excellent product for the money. We could not be happier with our patio cover."

"From calling Marygrove, to installation, the process couldn't have gone smoother. The sales professional, Alex, came to my home at the precise time he said he would. He measured and answered all questions and concerns. He knows his product and company well. He was quite the gentleman and professional. After several estimates from other awning companies at competitive prices, Alex was the final reason I went with Marygrove. Installation was scheduled for approximately one week later on Saturday with a 7 hour window of arrival. The morning of install, i received text updates for time of arrival, and they arrived at the precise time they said they would. Installers were friendly and professional and had the awning installed in an hour and a half. They gave a demonstration of how the awning operates and answered all questions. Weve had the awning for 2 days and are quite happy with it. We will see how it holds up over the next year and then perhaps provide an update!"
