"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Very well. Always on time. Polite, great with our pets. Let us pick our own paint and discounted it appropriately. Very clean work and quite fast. They removed the old wallpaper in one room but ran into a snag due to the old glue. Rather than just ignore it they recommended a man to us to remedy the problem who did a great job. They came right back and finished afterwards. Only issue was they did leave the outdoor hose on but they were upfront about it and discounted the water cost from the bill. Not a big deal but just really nice they were so professional about the whole thing. Great communication, very responsive to our needs. Definitely recommend."
