"Contractor was polite, neat and considerate. Did a good job but baseboard didn't get replaced as was told contractors who were going to lay carpet would do it. They did not so I have an unfinished hallway. Was told owner of company would come to check work when finished and he did not, rather sent someone to pick up payment check. Good, prompt phone responses from owner."
