27 LEI put in new windows for my old home. Everyone I came into contact with was very professional. My windows look great and the workers left my home looking better than when they arrived. I definitely recommend this company.
LEI Home EnhancementsSince the part of the window I needed help with was on the upper part of the window, the repairman just put in a screw to lock the upper pane in-place. I was only charged for the service call.
Several of the windows they completed were acceptable. Others were mis-installed leaving gaps allowing moisture, rain, cold air inside. Quality control/ review non-existent. We've tried to contact them for 8+ months with 5 phone calls and not 1 call has been returned. They simply don't care...
It took awhile for them to order the windows to be ordered after the measurements. They came out as soon as they got the windows It was a really good experience, they were measured will and didn't have to do an corrections. Installers were polite, friendly and let me know what was going on....
