He did an excellent job cleaning out my gutters and a great job cleaning up the leaves from my driveway and walkways.

They came as scheduled and did a great job. Very reasonable price and I will definitely have them do my windows again in the spring.

Excellent job. Arrived on schedule and did a fine job on the windows, lights and gutter and roof valleys. Used shoe covers inside and Kevin was very professional!! He took his time to do a thorough and professional job.

Initially called late in 2016 for services. They came out (we didn't have to be here) to estimate the job. The bid was fair but it was a very long wait since the holidays were so close. We decided to wait and called again a few weeks ago. Helga is wonderful to work with for scheduling! 2 men arrived when promised and did a thorough, professional job on our windows. This is a family owned, local company that takes great pride in their work. That pride is well justified.

Highly recommended. I called for an estimate on Friday. Bacher's came the next day, gave a price and performed the service at the same time. Quick and professional. Unlike some services I've used, Bacher's removed the debris after cleaning the gutters.

Always punctual and professional - good value and I'm always surprised at how much of an improvement clean glass can make.

This was one of the most pleasant and easiest experiences I have had with a service provider. They gave me a quote to wash my windows and clean out the gutters. When Ron arrived he asked if I would like them to come back to do the windows because rain was in the forecast. I said that it did not matter to me whatever he wanted. His response was "You are the customer so we will do what you want." WOW....it felt great to hear those little words. They cleaned the windows with soapy water and a scrapper along with the window sills. My 87 year old mother was visiting and couldn't get over how great a job that Ron and his son were doing. That is quite a compliment from my mom. They also cleaned my gutters. I definitely felt the price/value was fair and had no problem telling Ron to schedule this bi-annually going forward.

They were fantastic. Fast reply to my request via AL Messenger, a quote the next day and the work completed by the next. The service was great.

I called on Friday morningand Keith came out that afternoon. I showed him our backdoor awning that had not been cleaned in at least 10 years. It looked like an impossible job. He gave me an estimate of $100. Very reasonable for gutter cleaning and the awning. I got a call about noon on Monday asking if it was Ok if they came in the afternoon to do the job. When they came I asked if he would check the roof for a hole from a large Beech branch that fell on Saturday night. He reported that there was a hole about a foot in diameter and he would repair it for $50 if we had some plywood and shingles. We did. He had other items at his house to do the job right. We were delighted because he saved us several hundreds of dollars. They did a great job and cleaned up after they whew done. Bacher's Window Cleaning went ABOVE AND BEYOND in their service.

I've used them six or seven times, and each experience has been a good one. Their a local company, they consistently do good work, and they charge fair prices.

This is a family owned/operated business and one of the owners actually performed the service. My windows have never been cleaner. I was highly satisfied. I gave them a B in responsiveness only because I had to call to remind them that I was on their schedule...they kinda forgot about me. But other than that, they were spot-on. I have had my windows cleaned by others for similar cost and Bacher's was by far the best. So...That is why they are so busy. Just plan ahead because it may take some extra time to get them scheduled.

Kevin was very pleasant and he did an excellent job. It didn't take long at all. I will definitely use Bacher's again! The cost was very reasonable, too.

The two guys did a great job. They were prompt and happy to perform the services. I added on the screens and some of our window sills were quite filthy from our child pouring sand through the screens :) They were very reasonably priced. Would gladly use them again in the future.

Extremely good job. Kevin was great, very friendly and informative. He spend about 4 hours inside and out and was very thorough. He did a great job even with a houseful of kids and a dog. We have never seen so much light in our house!

HAD SCHEDULED THE SERVICE TO BE DONE IN MAY BUT WITH WEATHER,HAD TO RE-SCHEDUE WHICH WAS NOT A PROBLEM. THEY ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME HELGA SET UP AND WENT TO WORK IMMEDIATLEY.BOTH ADAM AND JEREMY DID A GREAT JOB, WERE POLITE,PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. MY WINDOWS LOOK GREAT. WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I have used Bacher's Window Cleaning many times. They do a fantastic job. The guys are so professional, punctual, and efficient. The price is very reasonable. It is easy to make and confirm appointments with Helga in the main office. I wouldn't use anyone else for this job. I will use them again next year or the next time my windows need to be cleaned.
