I have pastored for past 35 years and worked with many companies on many jobs , but they were one of the finest companies I have seen work in my lifetime. Each day they cleaned up any messes left behind, listened to and then performed what even I asked them if they could do, and followed all instructions to the T. I was given a very fair price for the work that was being performed and even then they went above and beyond my expectation. "Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

We only heard from Steve when he wanted another check. Whenever I questioned anything he would belligerently tell me how ungrateful I was. When the wrong window size was delivered, I had to sort it out with the supplier. In an effort to sound like he was in charge, Steve would tell me false updates on the order status. Then become combative when I would tell him what I was told from the supplier. I was essentially bringing Steve up to date on the status of a project he was allegedly G.C-ing. Our project was completed only because I stepped in."
