This summer, we did not use the sprinklers up until Aug. 4th. When we started them on Aug. 3rd, we had the outside faucets not having water pressure, to the point where no sprinkler was working, and that, under heavy water use, the well water pressure gauge was showing a 55-second rapid decline from 60 psi to 40 psi. Strangely, inside faucets were working fine.  
So, I found Mr. Werle from Angie's list, liked his reviews, and contacted him on the morning of Aug.4th to fix our problem. He came in same day promptly. He checked everything and spent more than an hour to figure out why the outside pressure was down. Along the way, he drained the well tank pressure down to zero, and recalibrated it again to 40-60 psi range. This, for some reason,  fixed the rapid pressure decline issue in the water tank: it now declines in 3 minutes, which is normal. His final conclusion: all five our sprinklers were old and went bad, everything was in order, and that he will charge only $20 because he 'did not do anything".  We certainly assumed that he would charge a lot more after all he has done. Now this is a classy act.

The shower control handle had siezed up and we found Werle Plumbing on Angie's List. He quickly came over, along with a pal/helper, and "repaired" the control. Even though we felt his price was high, we paid because we had not been able to use the shower. While Paul was repairing the shower control, his helper Art checked the control on the tub upstairs. (That control was sticking.)
Even though Werle Plumbing was in a current edition of Angie's List, he said he was no longer a member at that time. 
A few months later, the shower began to leak profusely. We called Werle, but he was on vacation and his helper could not commit an appointment for him.
So we called another plumber who was able to send over a plumber who was working in the area. $244.00 later, we had a non-leaking and well functioning shower control.

The work was good. The price was fair, and he cleaned up after himself which I appreciated.

Paul was very flexible with scheduling, and was very punctual for the work. He did a good job explaining the problem and the different grades of solutions. He was quick and efficient.

The job was to replace the old pipes in a 144 year old house.  
The job went better than expected.
Paul was always prompt.  He and his team did an excellent job and came in on budget.
He showed up a few days before hand to take measurements and make sure he showed up with the right materials.  He explained very carefully all aspects of the job and the possibility of unknown conditions behind the old walls.  
He brought issues to my attention and recommended work around while doing the job.    
He coordinated other contractors to come in when the old pipes where not accessible and together they came up with a great solution.  
He helped me find a very qualified carpenter and drywall repair company that finished the wall work from the access holes they had to cut in the walls and ceilings (the holes were expected).
He fixed an unexpected problem with the toilet and still met the original budget.  
Overall this was a great experience.  Paul and Art were great to work with.
It is nice to know I have a qualified and competent plumber in the future.

I found Mr. Werle 2 years ago when we purchased a nearly 200 year old house and had a small plumbing problem.  He came over quickly, took care of the problem and was reasonably priced.  Last week we discovered an inch of water in our unattached guest house and couldn't figure out what the problem was.  I called Mr. Werle and he was in the middle of another job but said he would be over in 3 hours and instructed me to turn off the main water.

Mr. Werle arrived in 2 hours, assessed the situation and made the necessary repairs so that we could have water back on in the main house.  Although the scope of the job was not something he was prepared to take on, he at least got the situation under control and stopped any further damage.  I appreciated his quick response, and appreciated even more his frankness and honesty about what would be needed to completely repair the plumbing in the guest house (there is a leak under the building).  And again, although Mr. Werle did not want to take on the job he did recommend another company that he thought would be better equipped to do the work.

I have hired many, many contractors over the years who have assured me they could do the job only to find out halfway through that they could not, or had to significantly increase the prices to finish the job.  Mr. Werle's honesty was not only refreshing but so helpful in repairing the leak.

I have already recommended Werle Plumbing to several friends, and will always call him first for any plumbing needs.

Have been using Paul for over 10 years.  He is always prompt, the work is done correctly the first time, and the fact that he's been the "go-to" person for all my plumbing needs for that period of time speaks to my comfort level in working with him.  He installed all the plumbing in the new addition; has replaced two hot water heaters; cleared drains; replaced a garbage disposal, and replaced faucets.  I highly recommend him.

Excellent. Very quick and prompt service. Paul was very thorough and professional. He explained the repair and even taught me a few other things about my well plumbing.  I've had various plumbers over the years and was never really happy. I will be calling Wearle Plumbing from now on. 

He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all things plumbing related.  He provided us with recommendations for what our home needed (we just purchased it and needs some maintenance) and if he couldn't perform the service he gave us suggestions on who could.

Very prompt response and was able to accommodate my schedule for the appoinntment.  Arrived on time, professional and completed work quickly with a quality replacement disposal.

Werle Plumbing Inc came out with a new hot water heater because I told him over the phone what was going on. He was willing and able to try and fix it without charging me to come out and look at it. He was awesome, he came the same day and he gave me other leads for other people that I needed.

Paul Werle showed up at exactly the appointment time.  He quickly assessed the problem, a leaky shut-off valve.  In the process of shutting off the main water supply and draining the pipes, a second drain valve was determined to be defective.  He replaced both valves with supplies on hand.
I also pointed out a dripping outdoor faucet, and he was also able to install a new washer to solve that problem. 
I was very pleased with the service call.

He does excellent work. He told us that we should go to his supplier and choose everything that we wanted. Moreover, when I asked him what is the difference between our buying the items ourselves and having him buy it and resell it to us? He told me that he would be responsible for all warranties if he buys it and intalls it. Since June of 2010, we have had some problems with the toilets. He came back twice and reinstalled flappers in two of the toilets. Then once he returned another time and installed a tank in one of the toilet. Since that time we have began having the same trouble with one of the other toilets and we were given a tank from the manufacturer but he refuses to come and install it. He will not take our telephone calls. I have to call him from outside of the house or from some telephone, which does not register my name on his caller id. On November 26th 2011, I spoke with him because we need some plumbing work done in our house. He said he would call back next week and let us know when he would be able to come. He never called back. I finally spoke to him again on January the 9th 2012; I asked him if he no longer wants to provide services for us. He said he hates to say it but yes. Well his work is excellent and his prices are competitive but his words are worth nothing. If you wish to do services with him, make sure he puts everything in writing and the statement. I would not use his services because I cannot, he will not come to us, he refuses to come to us and so there is no choice.

Responsive to first call, arrived immediately, provided immediate fix, diagnosed chronic clogging issues, suggested alternative solutions, and provided estimate for repair.  Procured materials and returned the next day, installing new plumbing for less than estimate.  Beautiful job, works like a dream, installed sound proofing, cleaned up thoroughly.  A pleasure to work with.

Mr. Werle was immediately available which was excellent because my sink had a leak. He set an appointment time for the next morning and called when he was on his way (he actually called and asked if he could come earlier, since his previous job was finished).
He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing and get feedback as appropriate. He was efficient but took the time to make sure the work was done correctly.
He determined the cause of the sink leak and replaced the garbage disposal, and explained how to use this correctly to prevent future issues. He gave me a few options for the disposal and ran out to buy the one I decided on.
He also determined the issues with a few other sinks that drained slowly and explained (making sure I understood!) how to best proceed in the future.
At all times he was very courteous, friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. The best testament to his work is that it has been a few months since the service call and there have been no further issues. Everyhting works great!!

Everything about the experience was professional and straightforward.  Based on the other reviews, I was confident Paul would provide appropriate recommendations.  I was secretly hoping there was an inexpensive solution to my issues, but the reality was I needed to replace equipment.  It's kind of a miracle that my water heater was still plugging along at age 13.

Paul was very good about discussing options with me in language that I understood.    Once I made decisions about the equipment, he was able to quickly schedule the work at a time that was convenient for me.  He was very respectful of my home and took great care when bringing in the new equipment and removing the old.  He wore shoe covers and laid down drop cloths to protect my flooring.  The fact that his pricing was significantly lower than competitors was icing on the cake.

I am happy to refer to him as "my plumber" and look forward to tackling additional projects with him.
 

He did a great job on  everything and at a reasonable charge.  He answered all of my questions, was very professional,  courteous and arrived on time.  I will certainly contact him again for any future plumbing needs.
