Edwin, Dave, Marcus, Adrian were all excellent at addressing my unique ice dam issues to prevent those from happening ever, with addtional ice water guard I requested and custom adjustments improving existing chimney sages and valleys with much unproved saddles and waterproofing. "The actual work went very well, and the price couldn't be beat. It was the clean up that I believe could have gone better. Some of the siding was not put back properly, and the foam was not cleaned up very well on the outside. Inside, the attic insulation was not cleaned up very well and neither was the foam that was installed in the basement. While the clean up was not to my standards, I would absolutely recommend them to others."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
