John and his team were very courteous and made sure everyone was on the same page with expectations and understanding before beginning work. Quick response time and fast install.

The reason I rated low, but would recommend is because John made good on the bad stuff that happened. He did not come on the install and the guys that did were friendly but they had problems. They drilled a hole through my bedroom wall and damaged my ceiling and wall. This was not an interior install. Had to call contactor to fix and repaint. When they fished the wires through the wall they left the leftover drywall and dust on my carpet. I had to ask for a plate cover for the internet cord that came through the wall. When they put the plate on they left an exposed hole, and left fingerprints and scrapes on my wall. The van they parked in my driveway leaked a puddle of oil on my driveway. I had to clean it up on my hands and knees. I have asked for an invoice during this job and 2 weeks after the job and still don't have one to validate warranty terms. I have asked John for this and my instruction manual and video that goes with the unit at least 3 times. Again John was quick to respond to any calls, came back and put a new camera in same night when a wrong one was installed that was sent by his distributor. He made good on all repairs and has promised to pay for the bedroom wall damage. Still no invoice or instruction book. John himself is very customer friendly, but expected some type of discount for all the problems. None was offered. I will say I like the system.
