"Chris with Friesen Family Renovations, LLC was very professional and thorough in the work he has completed. He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. He also mounted a television for me, and did some drywall repairs as well. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and dependable work!"

"Trent did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom, exhibiting precision workmanship with having to ensure the walls were square and plumb, as well as leveling the uneven basement floor, and putting in a cool curved shower door. He put marble tile in the shower, making sure each tile was perfectly aligned with the others to get a mirror affect from a distance. He then graciously handled a curveball from the customer (that’s me!) when I decided to change the color of the grout AFTER one wall was done. He obliged and re-grouted to my satisfaction, with no harm done to the beautiful marble tiles!"

"Mr. Kington came to my residence to see in person what the project would entail. Mr. Kington was very professional and courteous. I needed a hand rail mounted on the wall in my attach garage leading into the house for my father. I am pleased with the work product."

"Mike is wonderful. He came in, and gave us a very fair estimate for all of our plumbing needs and he even went as far as breaking down our estimate into individual jobs that we could readily afford throughout the year. We hired him to start work on our plumbing this week. It'll be so nice to have a house with great plumbing!"

Customers say: True professional

"Very smooth install. Ed was nice, personable, and timely. He installed the solar lights efficiently and correctly. And they function perfectly. Fee was very reasonable as well. He’s agreed to install similar lights next weekend at our daughter’s home located about 10 minutes away. We’re in the market for a new handyman, so would not hesitate to contact Ed again. Thank you."

Treehouse Builders questions, answered by experts

Completing greenhouse and nursery service in Delaware protects your plants from late spring frosts and summer droughts. In the short term, this extends your growing season significantly. Over the long term, a well-maintained structure supports native plantings that stabilize clay-heavy soil near the Olentangy River. Upgraded structures that meet OH building codes also retain their assessed value, making this a smart improvement for your property.

Helpful?

Combining greenhouse and nursery service with other property upgrades is highly efficient. Pair electrical improvements with a broader home panel upgrade to streamline your permit applications. You can also combine greenhouse irrigation installations with outdoor landscape watering systems. Plan these combined projects for late summer or early fall, as this aligns perfectly with the climate in Delaware and avoids disrupting your critical spring planting preparations.

Helpful?

You must address structural damage, heating failures, and drainage issues immediately to protect your plants from unpredictable OH weather. Unaddressed glazing breaches also require urgent attention before winter freezing begins. You can wait to schedule cosmetic repairs or non-urgent ventilation upgrades until the peak growing season ends. Always complete any greenhouse and nursery service that affects temperature regulation before the first fall frost in Delaware.

Helpful?

After completing greenhouse and nursery service, schedule a final inspection with the city of Delaware to close out any open permits. You should also test your soil for proper pH and drainage capacity. Monitor your plants for 30 to 60 days to catch re-emerging fungal issues like gray mold. Finally, notify your local utility providers if your project involved modifying electrical, water, or heating lines.

Helpful?

Build your routine for greenhouse and nursery service around the distinct seasons in Delaware. In spring, inspect glazing and seals after freeze-thaw cycles. During summer, check ventilation systems and clear mineral buildup from irrigation lines. Before the first fall frost, test your heating systems and secure structural anchoring. Finally, monitor winter snow accumulation to ensure your structure handles the heavy loads common in central OH.
