After the drying out period, they were quick to respond, gave a fair quote and started work almost immediately. Anthony and his team were professional, extremely talented and knowledgeable. Because of their fair pricing we were able to do above and beyond the water damage repairs. Anthony built in custom made shelving in 2 bedrooms, including creating a walk-in closet in 2nd bedroom, built a coffee bar in kitchen, and did a new backsplash in kitchen. His talent is amazing and his eye for quality is perfect. Of course with all “disasters” it was terrible timing as I was having knee replacement surgery. Anthony and his team made sure nothing interfered with that, even re-installing a toilet so I wouldn’t have to walk down a hallway ?. "Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. "Finished Basements Plus was wonderful from beginning to end! First, they came out quickly for an estimate. I had 4 estimates and theirs was by far the best. (2 of the estimates were more than $20K higher than for the exact same work). Beyond their fair pricing, the work was excellent. They started within 4 weeks. I have an old home, so plumbing and electric were not easy, But they handled it with ease. Tile work for the bar and shower are beautiful. Gorgeous cabinetry. Great carpet and flooring. Best part was that they did it all! No extra work for me. Everything was included, no surprise costs. Picking out selections was easy and quick. Anytime I called Todd with a question, he immediately called me back and took care of any minor issue. Everyone on the crew was kind and respectful. It added so much to our home!
