"Needed a waterproofing company to waterproof my damaged basement, excellent workmanship, exceeded my expectation. The workers were very polite and knowledgeable. Completed the job in one day. Removed concrete flooring, install indoor water gutters, drilled several weep holes, removed old sump basin and sump pumps, installed new equipment, they also install a rubber barrier to guide water to the gutters and placed new concrete where needed. They removed all debris, the basement looked cleaner than before they started. I was impressed with the quality and value of Ohio Basement Authorities service. I would highly recommend this company. "I needed to replace my front brick steps from Brick to Concrete. We have been running into loose bricks, pretty much after each winter, to the extent that I was concerned about safety of visitors (my brother-in-law fell on a loose brick). Chris and crew showed up on time (like 1 min early!). And they did a great job taking all the bricks out and pouring concrete instead to give us a peace of mind and a good looking concrete steps. Throughout the process, Chris explained to me what is going on in detail and answered all my questions. I probably asked him the same question a few times and he patiently answered my questions. Chris is a master mason with specialty in concrete. He knows what he is doing and does it well. He is humorous, generous and a gentleman. Chris (personally) spent a lot of time power washing other areas of my pavers even though that was not part of the deal. I offered to pay him for it but he refused and said "I just want the place to look gorgeous when I leave. I highly recommend Chris and his team for any concrete / cement work."

"We have a long curvy sidewalk that goes up hill, and the pavers were all cracked from a tree companies stump grinder. I got 3 estimates and Joe beat them all. They removed all the old pavers and poured a new beautiful sidewalk. He was also super prompt and got the job done fast. I would definitely use his team again. they were so nice and our new sidewalk turned out better then I expected."

"They did a great job. We needed our asphalt driveway replaced, as it was crumbling and weeds were growing through it. We contacted them in March and got an estimate right away. After getting 3 total estimates we decided to go with Surface Pro as they were cheaper and they made mention on the estimate of the electric fence wire, which to me showed attention to detail. It was a long summer waiting for the driveway to be done, as they had gotten behind because of the rainy spring. They came when they said they would after it became our turn. They actually widened the driveway a little, so that the drainage pipe under the driveway is not sticking out and looking ugly like it had before. I was given instructions on how to maintain the driveway to help extend its life, which I appreciate."
