"Maxima was thorough in reviewing our needs and scheduled the work to minimize disruptions on our street. Their pricing was very competitive. The work was done in the scheduled time despite some rain delays. The crews were very coordinated, personable and respectful of residents. The completed work has received many positive comments not only from our homeowners but visitors to our community. I would certainly use Maxima again and highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality concrete work."

"Iran, Chris and Brady did a great job. They finished the installation of a sump pump in our crawl space. They also used hydraulic jacks to lift several joists that had water damage. Then they attached sister joists to the damaged ones and then lowed the new joists down onto the sill board. They also used blocking boards to repair/re-enforce the damaged Band/Rim joists as well. Very friendly and courteous. Cleaned up after the job as well."

Small jobs welcome
DAM Concrete is a new company, built off of 10+ years in the trade. I started with my families company in Toledo, OH and then I joined Local 886 as an apprentice and in 4 years I became a Foreman. I decided to move down the Columbus 3 years ago working as a supervisor for a company. I've been on all sorts of projects from residential driveways and stamped patios, to commercial warehouses and apartment building to just name a few. I've always had the goal to own my own company one day, and I'm starting to live that dream.

"Outstanding. The owner David, was very professional in every aspect of the job from the quote through the finished product. They were very prompt and kept me informed of what and when work was to be performed. They totally cleaned up all the construction debris and were especially careful of protecting the lawn and plants. The quote was very reasonable and the outcome excellent. I am very please with the work completed and would highly recommend Surface Pro to any one needing concrete or asphalt work."

"We are really pleased with our beautiful new stamped concrete walkways. Stephen Arthur and his crew did a great job putting in new walkways to our front porch and back porch. We were impressed with the high quality job they did on all the steps from tearout of the old brick walkways, putting in the forms, stamping, and final sealant application. We had good communications with Stephen throughout the process."

"Ron is a man of his word and he shows up when he says he is going to show up and he and his crew did an outstanding job. Ron was on time from start to finish, from arriving for the estimate to completing the job. He is very intense about his work and you are in good hands as he is constantly thinking about how he can do the best job for you. He worked with us through the design and I'm very pleased with the results. I wanted to turn my back yard into a place where I can relax with beauty and with Stamp and Concrete Masters they have made this happen. When you work with his crew they treat your job as if it is their own home. I would recommend Ron and his team for your next patio job."

Mudjacking can be an expensive foundation repair process, but in many cases, it’s well worth the investment. This is especially true if you’re lifting a portion of sunken foundation slab back into place. In that case, mudjacking can help avoid major structural damage and even home collapse by restoring the integrity of your structure with minimally invasive procedures. Mudjacking a concrete patio, walkway, or sidewalk can be worthwhile because it removes tripping hazards and makes your outdoor area more aesthetically appealing.
Concrete repair costs range anywhere from about $0.10 to $0.15 per linear foot to fill minor cracks, to about $6 to $14 per square foot to replace damaged concrete slabs. Repair costs vary widely depending on the size and type of work needed. For example, replacing 100 square feet of driveway will cost between $600 to $1,400, on average.
The average cost of mudjacking is around $5 per square foot of concrete, with most concrete leveling jobs totaling between $3 and $8 per square foot. The typical cost to fix a sinking portion of concrete slab with mudjacking is around $1,100. The price you’ll pay depends on the size of the concrete slab you need to be leveled, the accessibility of the slab, and the type of material your contractor uses beneath the concrete to lift it back into place.
In most cases, no, mudjacking is not possible as a DIY job. Not only do you need specialized equipment to cut into your slab and pump the cementitious material underneath it, but it’s also a challenging process, and the consequences of making mistakes include additional structural damage to your home. It’s possible to rent mudjacking equipment to attempt a DIY repair, but the risk of added property damage usually isn’t worth the money you’ll save on labor, especially if the concrete you’re lifting is a part of your home’s foundation.
Concrete contractors typically charge anywhere from $6 to $14 per square foot. Cost factors include job size, site prep, base material, accessibility, your location, concrete finish, and concrete thickness. Removal of existing concrete, asphalt, deck, pavers, and grass will cost anywhere from $1 to $6 per square foot. Homeowners can often save money by removing and disposing of existing pavers, decks, and grass. Breaking up and hauling away concrete and asphalt is difficult and time-consuming without the proper equipment and may be worth having the pros do that work.
