"I am very, very pleased with the services of All County Drainage Contractors. I needed to have my kitchen sink unclogged and I was concerned about an interruption in hot water to my bathtub. I thought the problem was in the tub plumbing -- but turns out it wasn't. I had even purchased a new tub/shower kit! All County clearly explained I didn't need the kit; assured me that mine was sound, and they showed me the cause of the problem -- the water heater setting -- which was corrected at no cost. I was very appreciative of their advice. Their prices were very fair -- especially for a senior citizen. I had another plumber come out and give me an estimate -- which was astronomical -- and the plumbing company's rep never even went to the basement to see what could be causing the problem! Two other plumbers quoted prices 2-3 times higher -- without every coming to my home and knowing what I needed! Customers are wise to get 3-5 estimates on a home improvement job, if possible. There are so many unscrupulous contractors out there. When I find a good, honest, reasonably priced contractor, they can be assured I will stick with them -- as I will with All County Drainage. I want to bring my laundry room from the basement to the main floor. All County will be my plumber of choice once I figure out what I need! I trust their work and their advice!"

"For the last 26 years we've lived in a house that is now almost 60 years old. The contractor built it as cheaply as possible and the plumbing has always been problematic. We've used other local plumbers who were very good, but Allen Drain Service is the best of the bunch. On both occasions they arrived on time and were in and out within 45 minutes. Very friendly and professional guys. Cleaned up afterwards and gave us tips on how to minimize problems in the future. They charged what seems to be standard in our area for this type of service. I hope I don't have to use them again, but I know it's not a case of "if" but rather than "when." So. when it is necessary to clean out the drains again, they'll be who we call! Recommend them highly. (Angie's List members get a $5 discount.)

"J’son was professional, courteous, friendly, and prompt. I was able to get serviced very quickly, he fit me in way sooner than anyone else could have. This guy knows what he’s doing and he does it quickly, I will never call anyone else for my home repair needs. Much more affordable than the big name companies and so much more personable too. "Danny and Anna - Fantastic!!! Professional, personable. Answered all my questions instantly. They both were accommodating and very sweet with my toddler and dog around. Anna introduced me to an app that I can get an affordable ventilation system, which I really need to prevent mold in the shower. A surprising element: instead of recommending 3 different commercial cleaners, she recommended Vinegar and Water - a common and affordable cleaning option! Danny went above and beyond, looking at the other bathroom and giving me insights I requested- even though that wasn't why he was there. Honestly, the whole time they were working it felt more like a friend who was doing me a solid than someone we were paying to do a job. I didn't have to clean a single thing after they left, it was Showroom ready! A small thing, but big to me, Danny put up command hooks for me so our loofas don't have to sit on the floor anymore. Overall, 5/5 stars!"
