His service included a rooftop inspection of our fireplace chimney. After inspecting both chimneys (fireplace and furnace) and taking many photos, he showed us some deterioration but noted it was not an emergency to repair. However, we decided we wanted we wanted him to repair and replace some deteriorating bricks. It’s great that our chimney sweep is also a mason! After deicing it he found that it was bad. He replaced it and spent as much time as was needed to repair the problem. The other two tried one thing and they both failed although the one did clean the coils as a measure. Stan was very professional and even called to discuss the issue with another technician.
