"We had a small project that we wanted done being disabled I was not able to do it. We had two old window shutters above the garage that we wanted replaced. Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. "Travis Johnson of Johnson Professional Painting did an excellent job on painting the exterior of our house. He responded quickly when I requested a bid from him and, after getting two additional bids, I gave him the job. Our house is a tri-level and on the large side, with some brick but also a substantial amount of wood siding and wood shutters and doors. Travis’ bid beat the other companies I solicited for the job by a significant margin. His proposed bid, in fact, made me wonder if the quality of his work was be less than the higher bidders. That fear was allayed the first day he began the job. We requested that all areas to be painted be power-washed and that was reflected in the statement of work. Trying to dodge of a string of rain days, Travis and his crew came over the next day and power-washed not only the wood to be painted, but also all the bricks, gutters, downspouts, and even a patio fence that was stained with mildew. When we saw he had done this, we reminded him we only requested the wood to be painted be cleaned. He responded that it wasn’t much more effort to do the extra work for no additional cost. We were impressed by that approach to the job. This demonstration of Travis’ team’s commitment to customer satisfaction and pride in workmanship was evident throughout the remaining two days of work. The team patched a lot of woodpecker holes and sanded areas that needed it and did a fantastic job. Travis and his team were polite, considerate, and friendly but their work demonstrated a level of professionalism that, in my opinion and experience, is not as common as it used to be. We inspected the work in progress and before we could advise Travis of the areas we thought needed more, we found he had already inspected the job in progress and made the necessary fixes. We also noted that Travis applied two full coats of paint on all surfaces and he even applied more where he thought it was needed. The front door, for example had five coats applied and it looks great. The bottom line is that we were extremely pleased with Travis and his Johnson’s Professional Painters team and would recommend him highly to our friends and family for any house-painting job. Given the attention to detail reflected in Travis’ work on our house exterior, we have no doubt that we will employ him if we need interior painting done as well."

"I highly recommend Mama &Papa Bears painting for anyone who has a project they need finishing. I had a textured ceiling in my garage that needed repairing and I was worried about getting the texture matched. They came out to the house on a Saturday and while prepping the area discovered another issue. Instead of just painting over the patch, they went above and beyond what I asked them to do and I’m extremely happy with how it turned out. I plan to use them again for some future projects. They are fair priced and very responsive to both text and phone call."

"Keshon and Timothy were our crew. Wow. I'm impressed. The. Best. Movers. I. Have. Ever. Used. They called me to see if they could come early. We weren't near ready. Didn't fase them. We had two dogs- standard poodle puppy and a toy poodle. They helped me put the dogs in the bathroom when they got out of the house. They were so kind, patient and sincere to my elderly Mom. They moved things out of the way quickly and efficiently and then patiently placed the dressers just where Mom wanted. Things were VERY dusty. Never a complaint. They found cash- immediately pointed out to me or my son. I asked for a large TV to go in my car- done. I would trust these guys to come not only back but to be in our home while I'm at work - something that I would rarely do. They are THAT professional. Excellent, hardworking gentlemen. Highly, extremely recommend them. (I'm very picky.)"
