They came over very quickly to look our water damage & figure out where the water was coming from. They quoted a great price to replace our 20 year old roof and communicated with us on all aspects of replacing the roof, giving us samples of roof colors, etc. Our new roof was installed yesterday in one day, by their very professional workers, with Frisby showing us photos of roof damage/repairs throughout the day!! The workers also left our property so neat that you would hardly know they were there all day! All around great company to work with!"

"Stauffer's did a great job on my 2-story Tudor style home with synthetic stucco and cedar trim. I wanted the project done within a month of getting the quote, and they were able to accommodate. There were several parts to the project that they handled: power wash, repair holes in both wood and stucco made by carpenter bees and woodpeckers, replace trim boards that were damaged from incorrect flashing placement, prep and painting of all exterior surfaces including garage doors, entry doors, gutters/downspouts, and chimney flashing. Jorge and his crew worked diligently and with pride in the results. They power washed the entire exterior including all the brick and a large chimney, even removing stains from a rusted chimney cap. Multiple holes were patched and now can't tell where they were. Jerry (the owner) kept in close touch, making sure I understood when they would be doing what, and the options when it came to replacing the rotted wood and repairing damaged stucco. The carpentry expert he brought in for that part of the job did flawless work. During the final inspection, Jerry walked around the house with me and the crew quickly took care of a few things that were missed. One of them had roofing expertise and he fixed how one of the gutters was incorrectly positioned. I would definitely recommend Stauffer's Painting, Jerry is a straight shooter and very nice to work with, and his company does a quality job at a fair price."

He also helped guide me in choosing materials. The wall patches and repairs he did are seamless, you can’t even tell there was an issue. The paint job is impeccable and looks absolutely amazing. Since I am relatively new to the area, I asked for recommendations for a painter at the Cherry Road Sherwin Williams location. I have been using Sherwin Williams paint for nearly 50 years. The store employee handed me three business cards and said that other customers had been happy with their work. After meeting with two of the recommended painters, I decided on C.I.D. Painting in Rock Hill. Gary Dean, owner of CID Painting, was very helpful with suggestions as we discussed the project. He called attention to areas that I had not noticed. He left the final decision to me, but I'm glad I followed his advice. I was also impressed with his manner of taking the time to write down everything we discussed in detail before giving me a quote. His price was reasonable, and I was given a copy of the contract that listed everything to be done. The project was recently completed and I'm very happy with the results. Gary's business plan includes coming back after the project is completed and going over any necessary touch ups with the homeowner. There were a few minor "fixes" that were attended within a day or two. I will contact C.I.D. (Consider it Done - Right) for future projects."
