We have a home built in the 1830's and wanted to keep the original plaster walls. Mr. Mullenix did a wonderful job repairing these areas. He was very conscientious and professional.  He also put us in touch with a great contractor who was able to do more extensive work on our ceilings.

The provider brought in a two-man subcontractor team to remove the old ceiling. I thought that they might jack up the old ceiling prior to removing it, but they just let it drop which, in turn, damaged the electric baseboard radiator and slightly damaged the wall paneling in one area. They then installed new drywall in sections. Afterwards, the provider came in afterwards and did the paiting and the swirl work. Customers should note that while the provider quoted the job, I made two payments, one to the subcontractor when he was done and the balance to the provider upon completion. This was not explained to me upfront, but the arrangement worked out.

All work was accomplished in a timely manner (several hours), at a reasonable cost, and with high quality. He works by himself, so he was not immediately available to start the work, but fortunately our repairs could wait a few weeks for his service.

They are awesome. Did a flawless job. Reasonable pricing.

Ed did a great job, much better than I expected could be done. He was also very nice, got the job done quickly, and the cost was more than fair. I definitely recommend him and will be calling him again for future plaster repair.

I contacted Mr. Mullenix on Wednesday. He came on Thursday for the estimate. On Monday morning he came and did a beautiful job. He was very friendly, professional, and neat. I am very satisfied and happy with his work.

They are real craftsmen and did an excellent job. The ceiling which had large cracks that we could never permanently get rid of was beautifully plastered and has remained crack-free for about 15 years or so.

Mr. Sparks came immediately after I called when I found his company on Angie's List, gave me an estimate, returned when he said he would, fixed my ceiling and charged what he estimated. Just what I want from a contractor.

Our 1923 house has original plaster walls and ceilings. The bathroom ceiling kept repeatedly cracking and crazing. We hired them to replaster abour five years ago (date and price are approximate) and it was a perfect job. The ceiling looks like new and has not cracked over the years.

The project went very well. The results are excellent. Mr. Mullenix gave us a prompt estimate. He needed about a month lead time before starting, because he was busy. He came when promised and did the work in only two days. He kept the mess to a minimum, and cleaned up after himself. I think he is an excellent plasterer and would recommend him to others needing plaster work.
