Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! "WOW! Mike's crew arrived and immediately got to work covering floors and our furniture (which we had moved away from the walls prior to their arrival). Each person on the team has a specialty skill. There were folks doing wall repair, painting around ceiling fixtures, and then painting ceilings and walls. At one point there were five people from Mike's team in my house painting. When they finished they cleaned up. The team was convivial with each other. The final results are wonderful. Thanks Mike and your great team!"

"I initially purchased a "Big Deal" for painting a few small exterior areas. Later that summer, following a city home inspection, I hired Kiss Coatings to paint the remainder of the house Kiss Coatings did a thorough job and were respectful when it came to communicating and cleaning up. However, they promised to return the following summer to do any necessary touch-up painting, which they did not do. I sent repeated messages to ask them to follow through on a couple of areas but I never received a response."
