If any service is required, it is done promptly and always at a fair price. Our county requires the irrigation system to be certified each year and Seam-tech takes care of this for us. "They seem to do a good job - not great, but it is good. Another company offered to do it for $35 a cutting instead of $40, but Other Side Lawn does good enough for me. Sometimes they'll miss some of the edging around the fence, but it doesn't really bother me. Strangely, I've had to ask them to send me a bill a couple of times. I think they're putting the bill in the mailbox after they cut and then the mailman removes it when he delivers the mail, so I don't get the bill."
