After receiving several quotes for privacy fencing, we called United Property Maintenance. They came in a couple of grand less than any other quote. You're not going to find a better individual to do the job for you. Jason was very honest and straightforward about the scope of work. We are very impressed with the craftsmanship and how fast it was completed. Update as of April 2024- We purchased a new property, and Jason installed a new Privacy Driveway gate for us, It was a fantastic experience, and I can't emphasize enough the customer service and support that was given after the fact.

Price charged was over what my insurance company quoted. Unfortunately, I had paid them before insurance quote. Paying more than I should. Probably my own fault for not checking with insurance company first and getting more quotes from companies.

While you might not expect expertise in fence structure and repair from the company name, they really knew how to fix my aging cedar fence. Explanation of what was wrong with it, what could be done to fix it, quotation and workmanship to accomplish that were all executed in a friendly and efficient manner. Would definitely recommend them.
