"Rich, Jeff, and the crew were tremendous. They took our basement from an unusable space to a luxury retreat. They were able to configure a full bathroom, separate laundry room, rec/living area, and even added a LEGO room for our 3 kids with only a limited amount of sq ft to work with. Their craftsmanship is amazing. We had several special requests that other contractors had balked at, but they were enthusiastic about them, and even offered further suggestions. "Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"
