"It took four business days before a technician arrived. When the technician (Kevin) arrived, he explained that the number of calls had gone from 20 to 90 a day. He replaced the pipe, filled the basin with water, saw that the water didn't drain, so he removed the trap and ran a snake through the pipe. The price was more than reasonable. Kevin was very personable as well as professional. I will request him for our next repair."

We utilized an Angie's List deal for 3 yards of mulch delivered and installed for $199, which was considerably cheaper than the prices we had paid to others in the past.  We prepaid for the deal on Angie's List and then received a call to schedule the appointment.  We were able to schedule a mutually convenient time and Parks Tree Inc arrived promptly. They spread the mulch in the flower beds around the bushes and plants and then swept the sidewalk and hosed off the driveway.  They were friendly and did a great job!
