"I had scheduled an appointment to change the locks on our new house. The day of when the locksmith reached out and said it would probably be 2 hours later I was frustrated. I reached out to the owner that I had made the appointment with and he came himself, at the original appointment time. I was satisfied with the service."

The service professional that arrived was great==he removed the key in one quick motion. He showed me the technique to use to get the key out. It is tricky to hold the key in the right position. Glad he came so quickly! The key was in the front door & only had one key. Going to get a few more made tomorrow."
