The initial estimate I provided was based on typical residential doors, before knowing the specific details of your doors, their condition, and previous work done on them, which influenced the time required to properly complete the job. I spent nearly 2 hours on-site and charged for 1.5 hours of labor. My aim is always to be fair and transparent in my pricing. Steve really went the extra mile for our unique lock project. We had seven locks to rekey. All but two were routine but those two were old locks for the glass storm doors. Steve explained that he would have to order the correct parts. He got the parts and they work great. He even had to reposition the dead bolt receiver on one door because it was misaligned. Steve didn't charge us anything until all of the work was completed to our satisfaction. We would absolutely hire Steve again should the need arise.

Steve was Great! Spent quite a bit of time discussing our project before setting the appointment. He had to navigate replacing old locks & their configuration with our doors. He put in higher-durability locks at a very reasonable cost. We're kinda finicky - but we were very happy with how he did things. He did great!

Timeliness, good customer services and quality. Arrived ahead of schedule (emergency lock-out) and was given quote over the phone before the work started. Steve is a very skilled knowledgeable technician and made good suggestions without trying to talk me into something I didn't need. Instead of re-keying worn out twenty plus year old locks for $25 each, replaced them with new locks for $35 each. Works for me. I needed a follow-up appointment to replace the original screws that came with the new locks with longer screws for extra security.
