"DIY delivery is what you get from Agean. We paid $75 to have our shower base, walls, vanity top and cabinet delivered. We expected to have the items delivered, unloaded and placed where we wanted them. Instead, Agean informed us by phone that “we require another person to be present to help unload the truck.” We were shocked that we were not told this when ordering our pieces. Agean was quick to offer to keep our pieces until we could arrange to pick them up. Or we could pay an extra $25 for an additional person to help unload. Without any other option we agreed to pay the extra money. When the pieces were delivered “only to the garage” they were placed vertically against a wall. If left this way the pieces would warp so we ended up moving the pieces ourselves to a horizontal position on the floor. At the least Agean should refund our entire delivery fee. We didn’t get what we paid for. Secondarily they should inform future customers about their delivery procedure. Customers should know what they are not getting when they pay for delivery from Agean. Customers get a driver and a truck but are expected to help with their own delivery. A vanity top provided by Agean on another job was extremely prone to scratches. Agean said that a coat of car wax would fix the problem but it did not. Replacing any pieces once they are installed is expensive and time consuming. Reconsider using this product."

"Ken is an honest and upstanding guy. Took the time to show me the issue with my hot tub, and explain the best way to fix it. Charged me a fair price (better than another quote), and knocked out the repair the same day within an hour. I highly recommend him."

"When we first bought our hot tub, during the pandemic, we had a serious issue, it had a significant leak. We were filling it every hour in winter temps. until we got service. It was a "cold mess" and this problem was on Bullfrog not Watsons, though Watson's service team was stretched at the time, you had to wait so long for service. We were up all night long to keep the tub from running too low. It took a few tries to rectify the situation, BUT WATSONS CAME THROUGH. We got a working tub that we have enjoyed for a while now. Just recently, in the past few weeks-pump one on our hot tub would not start. We called and scheduled service with Watsons. We had to wait a couple of weeks for service, and thank goodness it was not leaking, the heater was working and it was warm, so waiting was not an issue. BUT despite our earlier, rocky journey with Watsons, Justin came out, quickly identified and addressed the issue, and it is up and running again. HOORAY! We have some bad history with WATSONS getting upset with our initial issues back during the pandemic and have a little PTSD as a result lol, BUT DESPITE ALL OF THOSE EARLY UPSETS-Justin was COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT during is service call. His years of experience show. Fixing hot tubs comes natural and I am sure that if the job just entailed being a hot tub doctor it would be easy, but there is likely all of the unhappy customers you are dealing with! That takes patience. We were happy with the service approach and thankfully it was an immediate fix, which we did not expect. The service people do great work! I think it is important to talk about the good times with the bad times. GREAT WORK!"

"As badly as possible. They were unable to supply the Nordic spa I ordered, so I went elsewhere, then asked for my deposit back from Advanced Pools and Spas of Franklin OH. Consistent with the pre-sales service, nothing happened, despite several follow-up phone calls. I continued to contact them through July 2018 without success. Although this is are a relatively small amount of money, the failure of this company to return my deposit reminded me today, when I saw yet another of their monthly advertisements to my email account, what a bad experience I had with them."

"I would highly recommend Cross County Pools for any pool repair. Bud the owner, is very knowledgeable and suggested I use straight pipes not the flexible kind. Other quotes were for the flexible pipes because they are easier to install but not as durable. The entire crew was very professional and I would recommend them for any pool related job!"

"We were having problems with what turned out to be a broken sewer line, causing intermittent backups and flooding during heavy rain. Two other plumbers managed to get the drain flowing again but neither gave us a definite diagnosis without a contract to dig. Nieman quickly diagnosed the problem, gave the best price by far, and initially tried a trenchless repair. That proved to be unfeasible, and the job was re-spec’d for excavation. The guys did a careful and highly efficient excavation, replaced the broken saddle tee, and brought in gravel to stabilize the backfill. Two weeks later they returned and removed the spoils. I’m very happy with the results, and that Neman honored their price estimate even with the added excavation work. My only complaint was getting the work scheduled, which took more calling (about 6 calls from me vs. two return calls) than I thought should be necessary. Otherwise everyone involved was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and admirably professional."
