As badly as possible. They were unable to supply the Nordic spa I ordered, so I went elsewhere, then asked for my deposit back from Advanced Pools and Spas of Franklin OH. Consistent with the pre-sales service, nothing happened, despite several follow-up phone calls. I continued to contact them through July 2018 without success. Although this is are a relatively small amount of money, the failure of this company to return my deposit reminded me today, when I saw yet another of their monthly advertisements to my email account, what a bad experience I had with them.

What a great experience it was working with this company!  We needed a new cover for our 5 year old hot tub and went to the big, well known company where we initially purchased it.  They were less than professional and we left without a new cover.  We'd passed Advanced Spa and Pools our way and decided to stop in.  Best decision we could have made!  The company is privately (locally) owned/operated and Kevin wonderful.  If you want lots of bells and whistles and  fancy showrooms, this is not the place for you.  If you want professional, knowledgable and GREAT service, ASAP is the place!  We ended up switching brands and purchasing a new hot tub.  Totally OUR decision, not that of a high pressure salesman.  No explanation was too much to give and Kevin always had time to answer our questions, whether on the phone or in person.

The delivery and installation was amazing!  3 young men, the right equipment, absolute knowledge of their job and wonderful personalities made this part of the experience a pleasure.  They even took time to polish the casing before they left to make sure there weren't any fingerprints or smudges.  It was gleaming!

We would highly recommend ASAP to anyone who wants a nice experience and a company that you plan to continue to do business with far into the future.

The sales rep that sold us the Jacuzzi was very helpful. They stored it for us while we built our patio room (since it was paid in full). Unfortunately, it all went down hill from there. The the day of the delivery it was rushed, they did not have the manpower to move it by themselves. My patio enclosure guy and my husband helped him. We told them we wanted to have a lift on it and they positioned it incorrectly so we cannot install it. It is now not possible to move because the wiring is underneath. The delivered a cover that was not in the box and the wrong size.They didn't recognize their error and we had to call. When they returned with the correct cover, the left in the box and said "he dad to go to something for his daughter" and was "too busy". Once again my Patio Enclosure guy Larry helped me unbox and cover it. Also the hot tub was not the same color as we chose in the store and it was dirty. They offered no assistance during the set-up (they do not due wiring) and rushed thru what to do with the chemicals. We were very overwhelmed and felt they were a bad reflection on the company. The also left the trash from the step stool in our front lawn. We still don't have an operational lift after 5 phone calls. We will take our business elsewhere as they had no interest in resolving this. We don't trust them to come back and fix it anyway. For the amount of money we spent I was expecting a lot more service.

They were wonderful.  They were very nice.  The people in the store were nice.  Their response time was good.  We had a coupe of things that were wrong, they fixed it and didn't charge us.  They were very professional.  We’ve not had any problems since they've done that.  We bought one of the top of the line ones and a good branded Jacuzzi.  We've had a Jacuzzi spa in our house and we've never had a problem with it.  I don't anticipate having any problems.  The guarantee on it is for 5 years anyways.  It would be the 3rd year this spring.  Their quality is way up.  Their responsiveness is great.  They came out when they said they were going to come out.  I don't recall anytime where they said they were going to come out and they didn't.  We had some little problems within the first couple of months, but they came out and fixed it.  We have to use them in the future because we bought it form them and got a 5 year warranty.  We don't anticipate any problems.  We would recommend them and go back to them.

They gave me the information that I needed. My interaction with them went really well. I wanted to know about the cost. They said that they would open the pool as long as there was nothing hidden. They quoted me $200 to open up a normal pool. However, we didn’t get the work done because we decided not to buy the house. They were pleasant and gave me a price which was clear and precise. They also answered my questions. I called them because they were close to the house. Everything that they said was accurate. I was very satisfied with what they said to me. I was very happy that $200 was all they wanted to charge to open the pool. They readily gave me the information. They gave me the quote without seeing the pool. So I was very happy with that. They answered the phone and told me everything I needed to know. They did great and their professionalism was great too. If need be, then I would contact them again.

The service was prompt, I only waited a day or two after I made my first call to them. Besides getting the spa going, one small part needed to be replaced, and the technician did not have it, but showed up the next morning with it and got it installed quickly. I would recommend their services.

I was extremely pleased with the service. He knew exactly what I was talking about, and he checked our old records when it was still under warranty. He actually walked me through it while on the phone. I was concerned about opening the control panel, but he assured me it would be OK, and it was. My husband went to buy the fuse (it was only $9), and he replaced it, and it has been working fine since. They could have charged for a service call, but they didn't. I was truly pleased.

WHEN THE SPA WAS DELIVERED IN NOVEMBER, IT HAD OBVIOUSLY SAT OUT IN THE WEATHER THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH NO COVER. IT HAD ICE AND SNOW IN IT WITH TWIGS FROZEN INTO THE ICE. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN, I GOT NO RESPONSE. IT WAS PRETTY AWFUL TO CLEAN THAT OUT IN THE COLD SO THAT I COULD FILL IT THE FIRST TIME. THE LIGHT WAS BURNED OUT, AND THEY TOLD US THEY USUALLY CHARGE FOR LIGHTS. I THOUGHT THAT ODD. WE HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE SPA. THEY CAME OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO REPAIR IT WHILE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THEY FINALLY PUT IN AN ENTIRE NEW CONTROL PANEL. IT WORKED FINE AFTER THAT, AND WE LOVE THE SPA. WE PURCHASED SOME ITEMS FROM THEM, AND WHEN MY SON WENT TO PICK THEM UP, THEY DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THEY HAD BEEN PAID FOR, SO THEY CHARGED HIM. THEY NEVER REIMBURSED US. THEY SEEM A BIT SLOPPY THAT WAY. WE LOVE THE SPA, WHICH THEY NO LONGER EVEN CARRY AS THEY THINK IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE. WE NO LONGER USE THEM FOR SERVICE OR ANYTHING.
