"Prior to buying my new car I called Big Papa's and asked if they could install a CD player in my 2018 vehicle. The employee told me that it could be placed in my console for a charge of $499. After I bought the car I called to schedule a date to put the player in and was told that since my car did not have an auxillary plug no player could be installed. I am now stuck with a car I do not like because there is no way to install a CD player."
