Rick from the installation department and his crew did a fantastic job. Rick had the technicians dispatched to the location on short noticed and they wired up my great room, loft, and master bedroom in a few hours. It was a complicated job but they performed flawlessly in a short amount of time. Rick also recommended the best selection and style of speaker required to accomplish my goal. I will definitely be calling Rick and his team in the future when I decide to put in a home theater room. Despite being a high-end home entertainment company Alamo's prices were very competitive.

Responded immediately by phone and scheduled a visit about 3 weejs later due to their busy schedule. Calked to confirm and sent qualified tech who spent over 2 hrs carefully gixind my controller which had been originally installed by a company that had gone out of business.

They are really awesome and I would use them again. They would come to your home for free and talk with you about your needs for the system. They would figure out the best place for the speakers and the best way to set it up. They really provide one on one consulting and they are experts and they know what they are doing.

The salesperson who helped us, Shawn Amann, was pleasant, quick to answer our questions and provided detailed info on the models that would meet our need without being pushy. He wrote up the order and also agreed to picking up our old TV (no problem he said) as we are both in our 70's and couldn't handle the heavy one we had. Today (06-26-07), it was delivered and the 2 young men (Brandon and George) that set it up were also very knowlegable, careful and presented in a pleasant manner what they were doing and how we could use the remote to get a large screen if a show is not recorded that way among other things. From the time when we first stepped into the showroom to the time the delivery men left it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Alamo Electronics.

ALAMO ELECTRONICS HAS NOT ONLY INSTALLED THIS SYSTEM, BUT THEY HAVE SERVICED IT SINCE INSTALLATION. THEY HANDLE EVERYTHING WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH WHICH IS IMPORTANT WITH HIGH EXPENSE ITEMS LIKE THIS.

ALAMO ELECTRONICS DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION AND RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS THAT I AM HAPPY WITH. ALAMO ELECTRONICS WAS A LITTLE LACKING IN DESCRIBING WHAT I WAS GETTING BILLED FOR ON THEIR VARIOUS INVOICES.
