"Purchased carpet and installation for my staircase in October 2017 and it was finally completed on 6/21/2018. This was after 10 visits to my house. Countless errors and inconvenience. It really was unbelievable the errors and time to get this $600 job complete. Countless measurement trips, installed crooked, my steps were damaged, carpet damaged during the installation, the list goes on. The installer at least apologized along the way but Home Depot never contacted me except once to tell me they didn't reorder my carpet (I needed a complete reinstall at one point) after I questioned another long delay with the installer. I called the store manager during this horrible experience and was told to wait until done and they would then determine what type of settlement could be made but never got an apology. I sent a letter to my local store manager after the completion of the job in June but no reply. A week ago I sent the same letter to Home Depot corporate. No word yet. I would advise everyone to never buy carpet from Home Depot, it was a unnecessarily bad experience with no concern from Home Depot!"

"We replaced the antiquated beveled glass front door with one of mahogany. The door and installation were expensive and we had to find a reputable woodworking professional to finish the project. A neighbor who had used Thomas suggested we get in contact with him. Thomas was very professional from the start. He reviewed what needed to get done and the process by which he'd complete it. Since we had never retained a skilled woodworker, we decided to get other quotes. Thomas was the highest of the three, but our level of confidence that he would treat our investment with care and the result we anticipated would be achieved. On the side of his truck is the statement - "Prepare to be amazed" We were! Once Thomas finished the door we were truly amazed at how beautiful it turned out. If you're looking for a true craftsman, Thomas is the one to contact."

"Poor pricing and terrible scheduling, great installation. Pricing: We selected our granite, got quotes, Anthony first quoted $98/ sq. ft.., so we began a search for another granite. He then quoted $72/on our original. Delighted we chose them. He then came back quoting $85/sq. ft. Due to all the delays we finally broke down and accepted the quote. Don?t trust them to keep their quote firm. Scheduling: Measurement was scheduled for 10a.m. They showed up at 4p.m. Delivery was scheduled for between 12 and 2. They showed up at 6pm. The weird thing is they had a first stop in West Chester (not far from our home) Instead of coming to us they drove our slabs to Kentucky for an install in an empty house where no one would?ve been inconvenienced by delay, then drove all the way to Hamilton Ohio 4-6 hours late. POOR customer service!!! Installation: The installation team was great. They were very professional/ courteous. Great care of our home and the slabs. Left clean/ perfect install."
