Amazing experience! We ordered and installed MSI shell white countertops (perimeters and a large island) with this company. Our sales rep, Felicia, was outstanding! She was very easy to talk to and always answered my questions in a timely manner to make sure our installation of the countertops would run smoothly! The installation crew was fabulous! Cory and Stephen made sure no detail of the install was overlooked, and made sure it looked amazing upon completion! We will be a repeat customers! Highly recommend!

This place is extremely unprofessional! The employees walk around half dressed! There are woman in the office dressed very... risque and provocative. I also over heard the employees discussing inner-office relationships! Maybe letting an employee dress provocatively isnt such a good idea. It's probably quite a distraction to the med working in the back who are also half dressed. NOT a family friendly place and I will not be returning.

Our purchase started off fine. It was expensive, but we liked the product. The installers were horrible! Faucet holes were drilled on site, which I was prepared for, however I was not prepared for the mess they made. No measures were taken to contain the mess, no vacuums were used and no doors were closed. They did not tarp off the area either. Our bathroom remodel was almost complete. We had brand new marble tile shower and floors installed and a new vanity had just been put into place. We had previously deep cleaned our bedroom and closet. The bathroom was sparkling clean before they came. We were left with a huge dust mess not only in our bathroom, but our closet and bedroom as well. They didn’t even attempt to clean up. Like I said l, they didn’t even bring a vacuum into our home. They installed the countertop and left. They also didn’t properly install the backsplash. There was a big gap between the wall and backsplash. They should have fit it to the wall. They also didn’t even attempt to caulk the gap. When I contacted the owner he said he could send someone out the next day to clean. I explained to him over and over that the mess needed to be cleaned before our contractor showed up to work tomorrow, but he kept saying he would send someone tomorrow. I said this wouldn’t work and asked for a cleaning fee to be issued to us and he stated he would not pay for someone else to clean. It took us 3 hours to clean on our own. They asked for us to send pictures of the improperly installed backsplash and never returned our calls or email. Our contractor said he had never seen work like this in all of his years.

In the beginning I was very professional and fine the price was higher than I had been quoted at other places but because of the professionalism I went with them. Also because they were using a laser to measure. When all is said and done I still have a gap of more than a half an inch in my past through. They would do nothing to resolve it. Now I have to figure it out at my cost. Therefore I would not hire them again

The staff were very helpful in picking out a remnant for the small counter, and provided a sample for our use.

The cabinets were to be installed on October 9th and 10th, with the counter tops to come a week later.  The installed the lower cabinets first, realizing after the sink cabinet was installed, that the lady who came out to measure the cabinets, had measured the refrigerator incorrectly.  Instead of halting the installation we had to change out 2 cabinets on site, the cabinet encompassed on window trim, which had to be removed.  They refused to reimburse me for the window trim, and I had to replace out of pocket.  The Asian lady who measured the cabinets was more focused on her phone and rushing out, that she measured incorrectly.  When they began to install the upper cabinets, they realized the glass inserts for the doors were not what we ordered.  Turns out the Asian lady stuck again, she ordered the wrong glass.  The upper cabinets were installed without glass, which had to be reordered.  They began to install the island, which contains a 6 inch vent duct.  The installers, who wreaked of Marijuana, cut the hole a full 12 inches in diameter, leaving a HUGE gap between the floor of the base cabinet and the vent duct.  Thus ending the first day, with minimal cabinets installed.  On the second day similar to the first day, the installers showed up at 1pm in the afternoon, with NO notification that they would be late.  Once arrived they began to install the wood veneer, which covers the exposed ends of the cabinets.  The Asian lady strikes again, the wrong veneer was ordered, we discovered this after they had already glued the incorrect on.  As such this had to be ripped out, an the correct veneer had to be ordered.  10 days would have to go by, until the correct materials were to arrive.  The Granite Depot never bothered to keep us notified when the project was to continue.  We would have to contact them, and wait for a response.  Finally when the materials arrived they did not bother to notify us, they just showed up one morning, to install.  It was pure luck that we were home, otherwise we would have to wait.  They began to install the remaining cosmetics, the veneer, and the would trim.  Hey had to borrow my drill and tools do the installation as they left tools with another crew.  Wreaking of marijuana, they began the trim work.  The Veneer was cut with a dull blade leaving the cuts splintered and looking terrible.  The molding around the cabinets was only partially installed, and we had to point out that the finish work was not complete.  Doors were installed crooked, and overall TERRIBLE JOB.  We had to put together a LONG list of items which needed to be corrected.  The only person who would contact us was the sales rep in the Florence Store "Nick"  the owner or manager was a complete COWARD, and refused to contact us. They came back a week later to complete the trim work, with NO notification that they would be doing the work, they just shoed up. 3 weeks after the original install date the granite was installed.  This was a separate crew, who was very professional and did a good job, with one exception.  The cabinet were the infamous Asian lady screwed up the measurement.  They cut the backsplash too short.  It is now the end of November, we still needed:  The backsplash fixed, an insert piece for a knife drawer to center it, (the original piece was taken by the first crew and thrown away) a second missing  garbage can, cabinet doors we had to order as the cabinet where the stove insert would not allow for drawers.  (Our fault, but they should have pointed this out, as they are the "professionals" Finally on December 4th the came to fix the backsplash and bring the remaining items which were missing.  All were corrected, with the exception of the backsplash as the piece they cut was not the same width.  Two days later on December 6th the installation was completed by the granite team who did not wreak of marijuana. The quality of the materials: cabinets and granite were fair to good.  The work and installation was absolutely TERRIBLE.  This company just opened a store on Houston Road in Florence, KY.  I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY.

Still not resolved!  I have asked for the correct size cabinets to be installed at no additional charge (the 22" and 24" are the same price).  I have asked to remove the cabinets so I can have the dry wall repaired, I can't repair drywall with the cabinets in place without messing up the cabinets.  Finally this morning I asked for them to reimburse me $720 which is the difference between my deposit for the cabinets, granite, and installation.  I actually think I should be reimbursed for the total amount paid to date so I can go to an appropriate vendor.
It is beyond me that an owner will not return a phone call to a customer.  His website guarantees one year satisfaction on their installs.  I did call my credit card company to dispute the charge (paid $1645 deposit including granite, total change is $2925.71) so we are disputing the charge, but he is not a vendor they can block!
I have NEVER complained publicly about a company or vendor...this is a first and I am beyond frustrated with the lack of response.  Anyone with an ounce of common sense would have NOT installed the cabinets because it was so obvious I was expecting 24" deep cabinets.

The workers were all professional courteous from the sales executive to the installers. We had several communications both in person and on the phone, and every detail was thoroughly worked out to our satisfaction. We received a good quality product with a fair price and excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others..

The work turned out very good. They were the best price by far after pricing around. We have recommended them to other people. They worked with us and bent over backwards to satisfy us as their clients. After the install was complete, we noticed a chip in the granite that happened not caused by them. Once we let them know about it, they immediatly came out and repaired it at no cost. It looks as good as new. Winnie really knows her business and I thought that she was very professional. They were very friendly and did an excellent job.

I had a great experience with them. I received a really good price on their cabinets. They were custom sized cabinets of great quality that I wouldnt have been able to order from anyone else. There was some miscommunication in the beginning, but I was overall satisfied with their service in the end.

Winnie came out and performed all the measurements. She was very friendly and professional. There was a tricky angled measurement on the piece around the bath tub, where I was concerned about the fit. A week later I received a call that they were ready to install
Both pieces looked great, and the piece around the tub was cut perfectly. However, following the install, I noticed what appeared to be a small crack. The installers acknowledged and noted the crack and asked if they could come back to seal to see if it was simply a fissure in the stone. After coming back to seal the stone, it continued to appear to be a crack. I contacted Winnie and sent her photos. She agreed that is was a crack and told me it would be replaced.
Unfortunately, it was not a stone that was still in stock at her shop. This concerned me since I needed a match to the stone along the tub. Winnie went out of her way to locate a slab that was a dead on match. She sent me a photo prior to buying the stone to ensure I was satisfied. The installers came back to remove the original stone and install the new stone. Kurt (the installer) and his assistant were great. Very friendly and professional. No damage to the cabinets during removal or the new granite install. Everything looks great as we continue to enjoy our remodeled bathroom.
Thanks Winni, Kurt and team!
