They did a great job of problem solving, coming up with an elegantly simple fix for what could have been a major job. Drew was clear in communicating, so my expectations corresponded to theirs. The crew did the work in a timely manner, made provisions for trapping dust , and left the space clean. I was impressed with their work.
I would recommend this company.

It went very well.  There were a few delays due to scheduling conflicts (ours and theirs), and because the cabinet supplier we chose was running behind schedule.  Throughout, Builderness and their subcontractors were careful to minimize the disruption to our routines.  Their staff didn't just do what we asked, they suggested alternatives and carefully/thoughtfully discussed everything with us.  Their problem-solving ability (and what major project doesn't run into problems, particularly on an old house like ours) was extraordinary.
Price was well within the original estimate.  Probably not the cheapest job to be had, but always of the highest quality, lowest stress.  
In short, it was a typical Builderness job.  We've used them for several major projects over the last 25 or 30 years and wouldn't even consider anyone else.

We have worked with Builderness many times, going back 30 years or so.  They've handled four or five major projects at the house and done a commercial remodeling job for my business.  We wouldn't think of having anyone else do the work.
They may not be the lowest bidder, but after the first few times we worked with them, we no longer bothered getting competitive bids.  Their pricing has always been reasonable and accompanied by detailed explanations/cost breakdowns, but the overriding factor is that by choosing them, we know we will get very high-quality work, performed by professionals (both their employees and their contractors) who are neat, timely and extraordinarily courteous.  Their people are also excellent at listening to our ideas and taking them a step further ... pointing out better ways of doing things, heading off potential problems and coming up with creative solutions.  
There's no way we would give that up for the sake of a slightly lower bid.
This particular project had a few scheduling challenges for reasons outside our/Builderness' control, but they were very flexible about rearranging schedules to make it all work.  The final result:  a new deck that will undoubtedly outlive me, and a gorgeous new kitchen.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE PLUMBER AND ELECTRICIAN THEY USED. HAD A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK DONE, BUT THEY READILY CORRECTED THEIR MISTAKES.

QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS SUPERIOR. THEY BECAME PART OF THE FAMILY AND WE WERE SAD TO SEE THE PROJECT END.
