"I am very, very pleased with the services of All County Drainage Contractors. I needed to have my kitchen sink unclogged and I was concerned about an interruption in hot water to my bathtub. I thought the problem was in the tub plumbing -- but turns out it wasn't. I had even purchased a new tub/shower kit! All County clearly explained I didn't need the kit; assured me that mine was sound, and they showed me the cause of the problem -- the water heater setting -- which was corrected at no cost. I was very appreciative of their advice. Their prices were very fair -- especially for a senior citizen. I had another plumber come out and give me an estimate -- which was astronomical -- and the plumbing company's rep never even went to the basement to see what could be causing the problem! Two other plumbers quoted prices 2-3 times higher -- without every coming to my home and knowing what I needed! Customers are wise to get 3-5 estimates on a home improvement job, if possible. There are so many unscrupulous contractors out there. When I find a good, honest, reasonably priced contractor, they can be assured I will stick with them -- as I will with All County Drainage. I want to bring my laundry room from the basement to the main floor. All County will be my plumber of choice once I figure out what I need! I trust their work and their advice!"

"I was very satisfied with the service, especially for a Sunday afternoon. Ryan, the technician was very knowledgeable and polite. I also pleased with the customer service rep for scheduling and keeping me updated on the status. I will most definitely use Mr Rooter for future service needs."

"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

"Our furnace install was done professionally. The installers were great. I do not blame any of our problems on the installers. It is their corporate office and lack of concern for issues a customer has that will affect any future customers. They simply do not care. The day after our furnace install we received a text that stated "Anderson Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, and sister company A New Image Heating and Cooling are offering a FLASH BOGO! Valid this week! The Furnace is FREE when you install an AC! Call today for details.". I called immediately because we had expressed an interest in both heat and AC. I asked why we were not offered this BOGO when they knew we were interested in both and the sale was good for the week of our installation. We would have taken this deal and gotten both. I was told by the Mentor office that they were unaware that the sale text was going out and asked if I could give them a few days. The following Monday I did receive a call back and was told they would install our AC for $4,000. The original estimate was about $6,000. So they were offering to take $2,000 off to install the AC. My furnace was $5,695. Is this a deceptive advertising ploy to get another $4,000 out of us? I disagreed with this offer and was given a contact at their home office in Grand Rapids MI. I sent the info to Geoffery Kartes who is their Director of Digital Marketing in MI. That was four weeks ago and I have heard NOTHING from anyone. I even called Mr. Kartes and still did not get a call back. This is apparently a "pass the blame" situation where no one is willing to take responsibility. Associates in the Mentor office agreed with me, one of their associates even encouraged me to escalate my displeasure because he said this has happened before, yet nothing has been done. Maybe if they ignore me I will go away. I will not. I wanted to let potential future customers know this happened. I am also letting the BBB and the Ohio AG know. "Mr. Whipkey was very professional. He made my wife and I feel at ease with the entire process. I appreciated the quality and efficiency of his work. He included me in the process which was helpful - I admit I am not very plumbing savvy and knowing what was happening made the experience a lot less stressful. "I contacted Plunger Plumber to replace an old outdoor faucet that had been leaking. Joe came out, took a look at the problem, and explained the type of faucet he'd replace it with. We also talked about replacing the old valves underneath the kitchen sink. He quoted a price I felt was reasonable and then he got to work. I was very pleased with Joe's knowledge and the way he explained things to me, as well as with his workmanship. I'd call this company again in the future."

"I contacted and hired the Plunger Plumber because of uncontrollable leaking piping system. When Matt Technician arrived, he found that the water valve was faulty and needed to be replaced. However, he found that the root cause of the water leaking issue was the main shut-off valve was located outside somewhere in the devil stip. Therefore, the City of Akron was responsible. Since was found that it was actually Akron's property and responsibility it ignited a whole different issue while the pipes were still leaking. This issue had taken a different course of direction and problems. It was known that the City of Akron had to shut off replaced their old and faulty valve system. This a life of its own. In any event, Matt the technician handled this three-day issue with the utmost of expertise and professionalism. I could not have asked for a more friendly and confident plumber than Matt. He resolved the ongoing water leaking issue without hesitation. He wasn't satisfied until the job was completely done! Period. There are still good, honest and competent people out there, I was very fortunate to have had Matt during my distressful time of need. Big thanks Matt you're the best."
