They always answer our calls very promptly and we have never had to wait to make an appointment. Their work is always top notch and after every job they've done for us, they always explain everything clearly about what caused the problem and how it was fixed. Their rates are very affordable and you will not get better service from anyone else. Mike and Dawn are a terrific team. They are fair, honest, and professional. We had a stuck cartridge which wouldn't dislodge, and trim that hadn't been replaced for 25 years. Everything was crusty and hard to remove. Mike and Dawn got to work on fixing and installing. New bathroom looks great! After the job was done, they provided some insight on how to remove a compression valve from the other bathroom. Before we knew it, Mike installed a new valve and didn't end up charging a penny for that extra work. We have our favorite plumbers. We won't be calling anyone else to do work in our home.

Mike and Dawn were great! They were able to schedule an appointment time on short notice. They arrived promptly and did a thorough job troubleshooting our leak and instructing us during the process.

I attempted to replace it myself, and it still wasn't working. They basically had to fix my mistakes. They are pretty responsive. They were here within 2 days. They're a really personal service. They give us a price range of what would be the biggest solution, and what kind of things we could fix now and until a later date. They give us options. They kind of let us know what had to be replaced and what was coming up. I really like them a lot. They're a husband and wife team, which is fascinating.

We appreciated the options they gave us at the time because it was more than we could undertake at that time.

The process went well, all prices were fixed and set, discussed with me and signed off on before any work was completed.  There were no hidden charges.  They did make recommendations and explained the reasoning thoroughly but did not press to have me spend more money.  They fixed my problem, also explaining how to prevent future problems and what caused the issue.  After the work was completed, they cleaned up and were very professional.  I would recommend this company to any others in need of plumbing services.

I had a water line leak in my basement. They returned my call within 20 minutes and showed up at my door within an hour to determine what was wrong.  They scheduled the repair around my schedule (same day).  Mike and Dawn returned at exactly the time they said and completed the job quickly.  They were thorough and explained what needed to be done and did it.  The cost was very reasonable.  We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest plumbing company.

Mike and Dawn of The Plumbing Solution did it again - they provided great service.  I had  two bathroom drains that needed to be snaked/cleaned and checked.  I made an appointment with Dawn.  She called me shortly before the agreed upon time and told me they were on their way.  Upon arrival they got out some tools and came in to assess the two sinks. Before setting foot in my home they each donned shoe protectors.  After looking at both sinks they listened to me explain the problem, they went back to their truck to write up the work order.  Once that was done they came back in and after explaining to me the steps they needed to do for each sink, they told me the total cost which I agreed too.  Back to the truck they went to get all the rest of their equipment and in they came to work on sink #1 which they told me was clogged but that by using the Bio-Clean as they directed, I had already started to get some of the gunk  loosened - they just need to get the clogged cleared so that the water would flow down the drain properly.  After testing the drain and water flow down it at least two times, they proceeded to work on sink #2 (they followed all the same steps with that sink).  Once the job was completed they cleaned up their equipment and told me the results.  I paid them and off they went to their next appointment.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone asking about a plumbing company - They are professional and friendly and no question is a dumb question to them (they certainly do not expect a home owner to know all the ins and outs of plumbing problems).

Mike and Dawn are a great team (not only are they husband and wife - they are both plumbers), they communicate well and do not put you down / make you feel stupid (I have had that experience with another company when I was getting an estimate for a job and it is not pleasant).   It gives me peace of mind to know I can call them to come and take care of any plumbing issues I may have.

Perfectly as always. If you are looking for perfection, competency, dependability and knowledge then look no further. Mike and Dawn are the sole owners of The Plumbing Solution and they do all the work, They are both licensed plumbers. I have used them for over 10 years  for every project from heavy to light with complete satisfaction each and every time. They fix things the first time with out ever having to return.

Great Plumbing Team and what a Team They Are! Mike and Dawn were very professional; they placed drop clothes in all areas they were going to be working in including the bathtub.  Both were not too busy to explain the entire process to me and they even showed me pictures when they first came for the evaluation of the work that needed to be done so that I would understand all that they would be taking care of.  They came when they said they would and started to work by prepping the areas first.  They then determined best way to remove the drum-trap and clean up area.  When they needed to take a break they informed me and told me how soon they would be back to finish the job.  They came back when they said they would and got right back to work installing the new p-trap; installing the new drain lever and cover and snaking the drains that needed to be done.  Mike and Dawn then told me they were going to start cleaning up but were not leaving as they wanted to make sure that all they had worked on was now in working order and it was.  After a follow-up discussion with me they left and told me to call them if I noticed any problems.  So far after 10 days, so good!!  I would highly recommend them to family and friends who have plumbing needs.

Excellent as always. Note item 4 above was an emergency call on a Saturday which was responded to in 40 minutes (fantastic service). The other items were taken care of the very next Thursday.

Mike's work was done to perfection. You can't find a better plumber anywhere. I would not use anyone else.
