Roto-Rooter promised to show up and pump out the Septic Tank. They failed to show and claimed their truck was full on a Friday. Claimed they would show up on Tuesday and pump out the Septic Tank, but Roto-Rooter did not show up. They did not show up on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Called in and the Supervisor did not call back as the dispatcher had promised. This company cannot be trusted as they do not follow thru on appointments and made excuses as to why they did not show up.

They were on time and worked on my plumbing problems. They were professional, knowledgeable and I would call them again in a minute.

Customer service was good. They were prompt. The plumber was professional but I was disappointed in the end. My down spout could not be unclogged. After trying for about 20-30 minutes to unclog it, it was still going to cost $475. When I asked about that it went down to $175. I still think that was excessive for the small amount of work done and it not being fixed. So now I'm trying new companies to help or have someone dig and install a new one.

Working with Roto-Rooter was a phenomenal experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing plumbing or sewer issues. My issues began on a Sunday morning when I discovered my basement utility sink was backing up. Within two hours of contacting Roto-Rooter I had a plumber at my door. He began investigating the situation and discovered that my main sewer line needed snaked. The plumber only got about 10ft. with the snake before he hit an impassible blockage. He promptly escalated the issue to his field supervisor to request backup. Rather than just pass this off to the next guy he waited 6-7 hours for the field supervisor to arrive (RR was really backed up that day) so that he could properly explain the issue. Unfortunately for me the only solution was to excavate the sewer line and cut that section. This job would require additional crew and permits keeping in mind that I was about 24 hours away from having a major sewage backing in my basement. Roto-Rooter literally had a crew at my house taking care of this issue the following afternoon. They would have been there in the AM if it werenâ t for my City being so slow at approving permits. Within 3 days they had the job complete and I had a brand-new sewer line! Iâ d also like to give a shout out to Caleb (44132), Gary, and Dave! Despite this being a really crappy project (pun indented) these guys were AMAZING to work with. Everyone on the Roto-Rooter team I interacted with was supper friendly and easy to talk to. Roto-Rooter will be my first call the next time I have major plumbing issues!

Brent was the gentleman who came, evaluated my job, and gave me an estimate. He also checked around the entire house to make sure all was well with the plumbing. Roto-Rooter should be proud that they have him on their payroll. Brent worked within the hours I had requested. He was efficient, neat, and well-mannered. I will continue to have Roto-Rooter on my call list. I have a home for handicapped and must have a reliable company on call.

I hired them because they had the highest reviews on HomeAdvisor. They did a great job, but it was pricey. Also, they did not communicate a day and time that they would arrive. They called 15 minutes prior to arrival when I was still at work and had to race home. Communication wasn’t the best, and a bit expensive, but the quality of work was great and the work was efficient.

He came out gave an estimate and fixed it that afternoon, even though that means he was there until after 6:00 PM. Their price was 1/3 of the estimate of a another plumber.
