They caught a very large mole that was causing big damage. They did a follow-up visit but no other moles were present so my yard was once again mole-free. Pin-point removed the nest, sprayed some formula in the vents to kill the parasites, and put a screen inside to keep the birds out. A walk around was done, and other vents were screened as well after I was informed about them. It was an option to have them done so I decided to get them taken care of.
