"We hired MB Link to refinish two cast iron bathtubs in June of 2015. Initially the tubs looked great. As recommended, they were only cleaned with non abrasive soap. One year later the substance used to finish the tub (the enamel paint) began to peel off at the drain in both tubs. Our tenants asked to wait until they moved out to have the tubs fixed due to their concerns with exposure to chemicals. When I called the company to ask about a potential warranty or fix for the problem, the response was that there was nothing they could do and there was no warranty. After some time, the company has agreed to come out and fix both bathtubs. I am hopeful that there will be a positive outcome."

From the moment we contacted Nathan for a bid on our kitchen, dealing with his company was an excellent experience.  Nathan was very helpful in providing advice and offered suggestions to help with this overwhelming process.  All of Nathan's employees are professional and polite and all work was done in a timely and satisfactory manner.  When small issues occurred following the conclusion of the remodel, Nathan was quick to respond and fixed any outstanding issues.

I additionally want to comment that Nathan's office manager, Connie was also extremely helpful.  She went with me to pick out the granite countertops, offering her own experience and expertise to the decision making process.  She was also quick to respond and helpful in dealing with any and all of my many questions!

Having received a number of bids, while Nathan's was not the "cheapest" - you get what you pay for.  I could not be happier with the quality of the product and the work that was completed.
