Best bathtub replacement pros near Reading, OH

"We hired MB Link to refinish two cast iron bathtubs in June of 2015. Initially the tubs looked great. As recommended, they were only cleaned with non abrasive soap. One year later the substance used to finish the tub (the enamel paint) began to peel off at the drain in both tubs. Our tenants asked to wait until they moved out to have the tubs fixed due to their concerns with exposure to chemicals. When I called the company to ask about a potential warranty or fix for the problem, the response was that there was nothing they could do and there was no warranty. After some time, the company has agreed to come out and fix both bathtubs. I am hopeful that there will be a positive outcome."

"Had bathtub removed and a step-in shower installed. Workers did an excellent job, just sorry I didn't get their names. Quinn S. and his trainee, Max R., came to sell me the package deal and were very well informed and polite. I have recommended ya'll to my brother in Florida. Thank you!"

"We had our shower area replaced and the install took 1 day. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful and the shower was customized to my liking!! Would highly recommend !!"

"I would highly recommend Home First Shower & Bath. Trevor was professional, honest, and very straightforward throughout the entire process. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other bathroom remodeling companies, and we never felt pressured or like we were being sold things we didn’t need. The work was done well and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. Great quality at a fair price!"

"I needed a hot water heater replaced and mike hooked me up with fast efficient service. I’ll be using him for suture plumbing needs!"

"Our home is almost 150 years old. The floor project required repair and board replacement before refinishing and new trim around a tile hearth. Keith Warren gave us an honest and detailed appraisal and sought additional resources to answer our questions and concerns. He is very professional and stayed in contact, overseeing and communicating throughout the process. We will use Footprints again and recommend this business. Keith and his crew gave us great service, problem solving and resolving along the way, and we are happy with the finished living room floor."

"The work that was performed was very good, and even went above and beyond on several occasions.  One area needed some additional drywall work and looked terrible.  Called Rod back to look at it at it himself.  He promptly came out agreed how bad it was and said he would come back out and make the necessarry  repairs himself.  He never returned to make those repairs even after several attempts to contact him, with no response.
One major issue I had was that for cleanup and for some of the work performed, his workers used my equipment.  I did not mind that they used my stuff if there equipment was not available as long as what they used eqipment was still in good working condition, but the several items were left in a messy and dirty condition and actually had to replace one of the items they used.
I have tried to contact them later for additional work but again with no response.  Work is good when they do show up.  I would definitely have them come back and do some work for me again, if i could get them to call back.

"It went very well, the bathtub was expertly tiled in a few days. In addition the workmen were personable and they did go beyond what was initially contracted. I really appreciate the finished product and gave their card to my next door neighbor almost immediately. Sincerely Cindy"

"I give the highest praise and recommendation for hiring Bradley. He repaired a damaged tile Pony wall in between the shower and tub. He did a perfect job. He went out of his way to find the exact tile I had, and even found the builder who installed it without me asking . That’s how I originally met him since then he has fixed a leak in a large window that no one could fix. He has excavated an improper pipe that was put in my yard and put in a new drainage pipe. He has helped me with other contractors who I had problems with by assessing and guiding. He took down and put back a vinyl fence gate , and fixed it better than the fence company. He is dependable honest and a perfectionist. He’s a great communicator a great family man and I give him the highest recommendation. He is experienced talented professional. Because it is his own business he takes great pride in his work."
