"Tri State Complete Home Repair is now my go to company when I need work done on my home. They responded to my request super fast and kept me in the loop from the appointment time up until the job was completed. The Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and advised me of the issues found during the repair AND of my options for resolution. I was extremely pleased. THANKS!"

"I had very positive experiences with David as he completed cedar siding repairs and refurbishment on my house. He worked long hours and was intent on ensuring work was done to the highest expectations. At that time, I lauded him for his excellent work and commitment, as well as exhausting schedule and told him that he would do well. He said he was working so he could live in a house like mine (modest). Subsequently he installed two breezeway doors. His excellent work and character as I could glean from our encounters suggest you can't go wrong in hiring David and his crew for your projects. Respectfully, Charles McNelly, Oakwood"

"It went very well, the crew looked very nice clean cut. I must say first impressions mean a lot to me. The estimator was very profesional and well mannered. When the men showed up for work they were timely and efficient. There was no cursing or smoking which was a big plus in my book! The owner told me that all of the workers have been drug tested. Thats a nice thing to know. The work went very well they work hard for two days.  I feel like i got a good value.

Stucco questions, answered by experts

A standard drill will work just fine if you’re drilling small holes, and only a few of them. But anything with a diameter larger than 3/8 inch is best done with a hammer drill, since it is stronger, faster, and also makes your drill bits last longer. While you don’t absolutely need a hammer drill for stucco, it is a worthy investment if you think you might drill more holes down the road.

Solid, unpainted stucco shouldn’t suffer damage from dots of glue used for this task. If the stucco is dirty, you may notice slight marks when you heat and peel the glue away, but these aren’t permanent.

However, not all stucco walls are solid stucco. Some are “faux” stucco with a foam backing. This kind of stucco veneer is more susceptible to damage, including damage from hot glue. We don’t suggest attaching anything to these kinds of stucco walls, so make sure you check the stucco type before starting this project.

When hiring for your project, look for licensed, insured contractors with experience in stucco removal. Ask them for references, review their past stucco removal projects, and request detailed, written estimates. A reputable stucco removal contractor will explain the entire process, outline all costs, and ensure proper disposal and compliance with local codes.

Properly maintained stucco can enhance insulation, reducing energy loss.

Tools include trowels, floats, and patching compounds. Professionals use these for precise and durable repairs.
