"Sir, this is not accurate and you know that. Especially as we have refunded the cost of the paint job you complained about. We gave you the option of a refund OR for us to fix it. You chose the refund and it was issued immediately. We then asked if you wanted the refund hand delivered or mailed and you chose to have it mailed. I do not understand why you are continuing to leave out pertinent information and leave reviews across every media, including ones you did not use for our service. You also chose the day and time for when payment was originally made, we accept payment after the job is completed and you had the admin come to your house, collect payment and never mentioned a single issue, so you didn't have to pay yet if you had issues with the work. You could have mentioned the issues on the phone when the admin called for payment; you could have said you wanted to wait to pay, you could have mentioned it and shown the issues when the admin arrived to collect payment. You also leave out that we weren't finished entirely, that you wanted to do one small part at a time, pay, then do the next part. Then a couple days before this you simply said you were holding off on; not that there were issues. I can understand your frustration when mistakes are made for a service you have paid for. I do not understand leaving out important information when you were refunded for the work you took issue with. Finally, no one ghosted you. We don't work on weekends, we are a small business and not on call 24/7 to drop everything for work when we have kids and families. We responded same day every time you reached out to the office number during office hours."
