"Man promise to come out to do some work and did some work for me then he came out and he come back after that with two guys and said he had a family emergency and he couldn't stay to finish the work and supposed to bring out a ladder and get to a board and agreed to replace and his ladder wasn't tall enough and he brought it out but he come out with this ladder and did not reach the area needed to get fixed so I let used my ladder. After the damaged my house and left off the ground with nails sticking up out of the boards an in unsafe manner and started nail it and I actually stepped it by myself and damaged my lantern light left hanging on the side of my garage. The guys was not accomplished at all and try to make excuses why his wok done unproperly. I had to take the board off my house and it turn out because they had put it on the rough side up. I had a struggle through this Carpenter that didn't do all the work he was supposed to do and it was a messed service."

"Cooper Mulliss came out to look at the job. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and not all pushy. He really gave me a ballpark estimate. I needed him to send me a written estimate. I told him twice. Once he was leaving I never received an estimate. They were persistent about wanting to start the job and I keep telling that I needed the written contract. I had multiple calls email and text with Copper and people in their office but I never received a written estimate. One guy said in the voicemail that he knew Copper gave me a verbal estimate so when could they get to go ahead? Plainly ignoring my request for a standard written contract. Would you commit a contractor for thousands of dollars worth without contract?. Obviously these people have no customer service skills nor do I think they really even give a damn. Highly unprofessional and just plain rude."

Put drywall over brick face in addition.I supplied stained trim but door and doorway to addition stained by New Leaf. Did great job picking out wood and staining doorway. They installed all wood trim including chair rail and new LVP flooring. Refinished stair to kitchen painted. Also did some light electrical in moving and installing outlets Workers were professional and worked efficiently. I was very happy with time frame of work (three weeks) Wyatt was very quick to come back out and repair a few minor difficiencies. Overall very pleasant experience and first contractor I have had that did not have my anxiety levels off the charts by time job was done. First pics are after completion with last few pics showing before."
