The installers were all wonderful. They went over everything with me as to what they were going to do, then when they were done, they explained how to properly care for the windows. Very attentive to my needs and clean up was great. I do need more windows and a roof, and I was not pressured at all to get everything done at once. "Crew was supposed to start on 11-16-11, but Jeremy called early that morning to reschedule to 11-18-11 due to some employees that had called off. He promised a gift card for the inconvenience, which was a $25 Applebees card the team gave us on 11-18-11. They worked from approximately 8am-2pm. The company is also scheduled to come back out on 1-13-2012 after I called and spoke to Jeremy, as some of the clear sealant around the window frames has seeped in between space between the window frame and plaster of this older home. We'd like to see if this needs redone. The job appeared to go well and we asked questions along the way and had them redo the foam in a few places where we could still feel cold air flow. I picked up a few pieces of dry foam that had fallen but overall there was no cleanup. It has been a milder winter so far and only a short time since we had this done, so we'll be able to tell better when colder bitter winter weather strikes."
