"Great!! This is the 2nd time I have used SEJohnson Painting. The first time they removed wallpaper, patched plaster walls and painted my living and dining room, ceilings and fireplace. This time they painted all the interior walls and the doors and ceilings. The entrance to my foyer is about 18 ft. high. They painted the spindle stairway. There was no splashing. Great taping job. They cleaned the area well. But most important is that Justin and his crew were courteous, respectful, approachable, on time. They were a well-oiled machine. I can't say enough about them. Jennifer, their secretary was always pleasant , courteous, and helpful. Now the house looks fresh, bright. It is just amazing what a coat of paint can do! THANK YOU!!!"

"Long story short. The young man that cleaned my exterior window was on time and courteous. The windows he cleaned were done well. However, He broke one of my windows while cleaning - the window fell into the room and the interior pane was shattered. He assured me he had spoken with the office and they would take care of the repair. I spoke with the office and they also assured me this would be taken care of - They sent a glass repair man to the house he provided a quote upon hearing the price of the repair I was told by the receptionist that they would be sending another company out for a price comparison. Since then I have not heard from anyone in the company. I have left several messages and never receive a return call. I called the glass repair man and he contacted Streak Free windows. The informed him they would NOT be assuming responsibility for making the repair. This is really sad considering they told the young man at the time of the incident that this would be taken care of and not to worry. Unfortunately, I paid for the service when it was rendered in good faith that it would be repaired as I was told."

"The owner was doing leaf removal for my neighbor, so we asked for an estimate. He offered to clean the gutters, and remove the leaves on my property, with a follow up visit before the end of November, all for $150.00. This was reasonable so we hired him. A week later he showed up unannounced and cleaned the gutters, used a leaf blower to blow the leaves in my front yeard to the street curb, and then demanded payment. He indicated he would return to do the 'follow up clean' in 'a few weeks'. I called him asking why he didn't do my back yard, and he told me he needed another $65 to do my back yard because he was so busy. When I challenged him on this, and threatened to cancel the check, he said he'd do it, and that the $65 was only to get the work done quicker. Fast forward to the last day that leaves could be put out for pick up, and he returns (after multiple phone calls on my part), redoes the leaves in the front yard, leaving my backyard, driveway and side of the house still covered in leaves. He said he'd need another $50 to do the backyard. I told him to leave and had to do the remainder myself. Completely dishonest and I would never recommend to anyone."
